The staff were very hospitable and kind, the front desk workers were very supportive and willing to help with any and every concern. The rooms were cleaned very well every day and also include every amenity that you could think of. Hotel was very clean inside and outside the rooms and the location is great. 10/10 experience, highly recommend.

First of all I would like to say that for value of money that we paid and what we get it us definitely perfect. All people whom are working in Jewel hotel were doing their best to make our stay nice and comfortable. From the first minute when we enterted though the door, we were welcome with smiles, the girls from Reception were doing their best to give us rooms as fast as they can (because our plane was late and we arrived almost at midnight). We were 24 person - but they did great job. Bellboys are always smiling on the entrance and are ready to help any minute. In the restaurant every morning is very fresh and different food - for all tastes, the waiters are so professional, friendly and helpfull. The cook who do the omlettes are always smiling and doing his job with love. The manager of restaurant was caring about us so much also. Housekeeping service is very good - everywhere is extremely clean. Maintenence department also very helpfull and coming very fast, always smiling and explaining everything (I couldn't switch off the a/c). We liked a big rooms - like apartments, even with kitchen (you can ask for plates, forks, spoons etc) and washing machine. It is nice when you are staying with a group of friends. The view from the pool is amazing - to Manama and Gudabiya palace. The hotel is in very good location - a lot of glocery shops, restaurants with different prices around. Just 7-10 min away Block 338 with nice cafeterías and restaurants. Some souvenirs shops also you can find there. In the hotel there are 2 disco - and yes as the people wrote before - you can hear music, but we were ready for that and it didn't disturbed us much. We came to have fun - so it was even nice experience to visit it. What I would like to mention - the people who were assisting us are realy nice. It was our second stay, and definitely we will come back again.

They forgot my id in the printer and did not give it to me when I checked out leading to so much unnecessary trouble. When confronted they denid knowledge and said sorry only. Location is okay and rooms are big

A hotel with a lot of potential - ruined by the nightclub and overly thrifty management. Firstly, the nightclub can be heard throughout the hotel - there is no escape from the noise - we were on the 4th floor and it was really loud. The nightclub needs to be better soundproofed. Secondly, the hotel suffers from an overly thrifty management. The rooms and bedrooms are pleasant. The kitchen area is great for families, but there is no cutlery and no bowls/plates. You have to ask room service to provide them, but when housekeeping visits, they are taken away and you need to ask again. Housekeeping is of a good standard but is not a standard service - you feel like you need to chase them to clean your room. It’s nice to have a washing machine in the room but there are no instructions and when the drier didn’t work - we received a shrug of the shoulders and were told it didn’t work and no drying rack was provided. If it hadn’t been for the loud music from the night club it would have been an ok stay - but having the loud thumping of music until 2am is too much. The hotel owners need to do better to isolate the noise from the nightclub.

This is a smart modern hotel with good facilities. The room I had was very nice with kitchen, lounge area and two bathrooms. Wifi worked very well. I at in the bar a couple of nights which is pretty good though you can not charge to the room. No breakfast is served other than by room service. There cafes across the street that will do a good breakfast, so not a big problem. The real problem with this hotel is loud music which is played some nights until the morning. It came from the ground floor and was disturbing even on the upper floors. I am not sure what time it stopped, I would guess 2 or 3 AM.
