Being an experienced traveller and a Genius member on ***********, I got their Triple room on a discounted price. They did not give us the room booked and started to explain the different categories under the same type of rooms on our arrival. We settled for a double room (better according to them! ) As a guest, this story already doesn't work and is the beginning of confusion after our long journey. The entire hotel was empty and the booked room was actually squatted by the managers itself. The cherry on the cake was getting a call by Aman while we are having dinner asking for the payment and to cancel the booking on *********** so that the booked room now can be available to others (Excuse me??). Lack of consideration and trust followed by the ego game of Vinay of asking me to take the money back at night and do it in the morning. Childish games. Lesson of politeness in his own arrogance was given to me by him while sitting over a table smoking & drinking. Such idiosyncrasies at such levels. Makes me laugh. I am not expecting or hoping for any replies and a wargame of whatsoever. I have said what was needed in consideration for my fellow travellers and moving community. For the new tourists, be cautious and not be blinded by only the reviews.
