Proche de zones commerciales cet hôtel offre un accueil très professionnel et des chambres spacieuses. Le parking est surveillé. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Vous pouvez acheter des boissons toute la journée au niveau du bar/restaurant. Très pratique. Je recommande.

Ich wünsche mir, dass ich dieses Hotel 0-Sterne in der Tat bewerten könnte. Das wäre nicht richtig für einige der Mitarbeiter dort. Dieses Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, seit meine Familie hier für Urlaub & Familie zu besuchen. Sie haben unsere Forderung, das Zimmer mehrfach zu reinigen, völlig ignoriert. Auch wenn ich sie informiert habe, habe ich einen Hund im Badezimmer gefunden. Die AC fühlt sich wie nicht richtig funktioniert. Selbst wenn wir den Wartungsarbeiter angerufen haben, fühlt sich das Zimmer nicht cool. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer 503 & 514. Alles das geschah innerhalb der ersten 3 Tage unseres Familienurlaubs und noch 3 Tage zu gehen. Die Lichter und das Wasser scheinen zuweilen zufällig abzuschalten während unseres Aufenthalts. Es geschah, als ich eine Dusche genommen habe und eine andere, als meine Mutter das Badezimmer nutzte. Sie hatten einen anderen Moment, als die Lichter wieder ausgingen. Auch wenn man eine Dusche nimmt, scheint das warme und kalte Wasser zufällig auskommen, wenn beide Knoten auf sie gesetzt werden, halten eine Kombination der Temperaturen. Es dauerte eine gute Menge an den Vordertisch zu rufen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Dinge sogar funktionieren eine regelmäßige Standard-Hotel-Erfahrung, lassen Sie sich nur einen Hilton-Name.Die Eine Ersparnis ist nicht der Vordertisch es sicherlich nicht, es ist die Arbeiter, Die Reinigungspersonal, die Wartungspersonal. This hotel is in a small plaza with a Casa del Café and a restaurant very close to Galerías Santo Domingo. The rooms are very large, very good internet, a pool and gym. Breakfast is good and has all kinds of choices. To the airport it took 30 minutes.

Der Ordner setzte mich wieder ein, nachdem ich auf der Trip Plattform bezahlte, dass die Plattform nur 27 % zahlte und setzte mich wieder 31 Dollar mehr, indem er sagte, dass die Plattform nicht bekannt, dass es zwei Arten von Zimmern eine mit Fläschchen und die andere mit A/C und wert 58 $ A/C der Bereich des schmutzigen Piscine das Wasser des grünen Piscine am Ende ist das Hotel wie unachtsam

The facilities are nice BUT they are lacking good service, It’s just just not there. Let me tell you from the beginning this place is NOT LGBTQ friendly, I spent a night here with my partner and the staff was very rude and kept looking at us in a very judgmental way, nobody gave us that welcoming feeling you expect from a place where you visit for the first time specially if you’re paying for the service and expect great things. From the beginning there were many issues. As a 5-star Hotels Forbes Trainer I can tell you they need to fix many things 1. The front desk staff is NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about packages and what’s included in the price I booked my reservation online and never received any confirmations nor any details via email, I had to call the hotel and ask for them to process the reservation. Again the front desk lady knew nothing about it and had me call Marjorie? For more details. 2. They did not give me any details about breakfast when checking in and we missed it. The front desk Lady was rude and dismissive she did not provide any details about the services and where to find stuff around the hotel. 3. They did not give us the welcome cocktail 4. I asked for a different wine than the one included in the package and even though they couldn’t change it for free, they still did not offer me another option even as an extra cost, which I would’ve pay for if offered 5. During dinner, the server was so worried about 2 men enjoying their romantic package that she messed up my order and brought the wrong plate (never apologized for it) 6. The servers at Azul are rude and just not welcoming. Customer Service it’s just not present, it’s just plain rude and horrible service. In the end they have the facilities and they’re nice but they’re lacking great staff and great service. NOT recommended at all specially if you’re local, if I ever come back it might be just because of the American set up they have in most of the facilities but not because I was happy during my stay.

Dieses Hotel ist über die Straße vom Hotel entfernt und verfügt über einen 24-Stunden-Schiffsservice. Sie sind sehr schnell in ihren Antworten über WhatsApp. Das Bett ist komfortabel, das Zimmer ist sauber und das WiFi ist schnell genug für Online-Videoanrufe. Ein Kon ist, dass ich nie das heiße Wasser in der Dusche arbeiten konnte, aber ich lebe in Nicaragua so ich gewöhnt bin, die Dusche lol zu kühlen. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück hat gute lokale Optionen.
