Dieses Hotel ist sehr enttäuschend -Sheraton macht sich damit keine Ehre.Zimmer und Bad müssen dringend renoviert werden -schmutzige Wände und Vorhänge, sehr abgenutzte Möbel, Schimmelränder im Bad. Zuerst hatten wir ein Raucherzimmer -ganz schlimm -vergilbt und verraucht. Das Schwimmbad war am 1. Tag nicht zu benutzen -am nächsten Tag kein Service am Pool -keine Auflagen und Poolbar geschlossen. In der Hotelbar gab es keine Cola, keine Cocktails und kein Bier -alles war aus ! Hotelmanagement scheint überfordert. +++tolles Frühstücksbüffet !!

The hotel just beside shopping centre very convenient for whose who want to shop. The staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel is just located beside seaside for whose who want to relax and do nothing. The room is spacious and clean.

We stayed with the hotel from 9-11 Dec 24 The maintenance of the rooms were very lacking. For minor issue (there were more actually) like having to use a moldy shower head on the first day (cleanliness and hygiene) to major issue like experiencing a falling glass door on the 2nd day morning (safety). What was disappointing from this large hotel chain was the inadequate handling of the safety matter. After we reported the falling door issue, we were left waiting with the dismantled glass door (inclusive of shattering glass pieces) in the toilet. In additional the ladder and equipment were also left in the toilet by the maintenence guy ( we dunno where he went) I was unsure how we were expected to remain in our room (especially if we needed to use the toilet) or go about like nothing had happened. It was only after several rounds of asking (2 hours) that we were allowed a change of room ( and that was only offered to us after we HAD to ask even though it was obvious there were many rooms available) I do hope you will seriously look into your maintenance as it was a very dangerous encounter. I could not imagine if I were a more elderly person with less strength ( to hold on the half fallen door) and poorer eyesight ( to avoid stepping on the shattered glass on the floor) Other than the good view and location of your hotel, I could not find any positive of our stay with you.

A bar music is too loud and until 2am in the morning. Hav complain about it but the hotel didn't do anything. Have request a quiet room since booking and request again after 1st due to the loud music, and again hotel didn't do anything about it.

Perfect location, attached to a very large shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms, an ATM in the hotel and a wonderful infinity pool with sea view.

Conveniently located next door to Manado Town Square (MANTOS) with amazing sunset view. Daily breakfast was mixed local and western varieties. Within walking distance along the waterfront to Mega Mall area for street food. Access to Se7en Bar and Lounge (fifth floor MANTOS parking) is within 5 minutes walking from Level 3 of the hotel for food and drinks.

Enjoyed the nice Seaview room. Comfortable bedding & spacious room. Convenient location to shop in the mall next to hotel & many choices for food. Recommend to stay in Four Points Sheraton Manado.

Good place and a nice view, but unfortunately, I received a smoking room even though I'm not a smoker. Except for bad smell, everything was good.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado in the Deluxe Sea View Room was fantastic! The view of the sea from my room was breathtaking, and it added a serene touch to the entire experience. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and courteous. I also appreciated the variety of food options at the restaurant, particularly the local dishes, which were flavorful and fresh. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Manado!

1. Since the day before yesterday, there has been a problem with the use of the card in the room. You need to go to the lobby to swipe it many times before you can use it. It's very troublesome to go up and down, but you didn't notice. 2. Yesterday's room card continued to have this problem, from the 3rd floor to the 15th floor to cycle three times to swipe the card.Very poor experience. 3. There wasn't any cleaning of the room today, but I'm sure someone entered the room. And I didn't do anything. 4. When we returned to the hotel at 18:00 this afternoon, the key card continued not to work. The two of us cycled four times from the 3rd floor to the 15th floor, and the key card still did not work until the engineer came to change the battery. During this time, we had just returned from a dive and needed to use the room with our luggage, fatigue and wet clothes, but it took 45 minutes to get into the room. Our experience was very poor.

The hotel was awesome and The breakfast buffet was amazing.
