Schönes Eigentum mit einem phänomenalen Personal. Die große Mehrheit der Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sehr empfehlenswert, um Luis Carrasquill im Restaurant “Waters Edge” zu fragen. Er ging oben und darüber hinaus, um mich und meinen Mann zu machen, dass wir sein einziges Tisch waren. Er behandelte uns wie eine Familie. Er war froh, jeden Morgen zum Frühstück zu sehen. Er würde unsere Getränke erinnern und sie für uns bereit haben! Erstaunlicher Service mit einem Lächeln!

Located in the east side of the island 55 minutes from San Juan and the San Juan Intl. Airport in the residential community of Palmas del Mar. The hotel features 8 restaurants and bars 14000 sq. Ft of indoor and outdoor meeting space for events up to 400 guests. The community is home to the largest tennis complex in the Caribbean as well as 2 award winning golf courses. The hotel offers the only all inclusive package in Puerto Rico but also offers the room only option for those traveling on business. A family river style pool as well as a relaxing infinity pool are available year round. Beach is only 400 feet away.

Es ist das erste Mal, dass wir das Hotel besucht haben und es gibt keinen Zweifel, dass wir zurückkommen werden. Wir gingen mit unseren Kindern unter 10 Jahren und den Großmuttern. Ich benutze Mobilitätsausrüstung und wir hatten alle Zugang zum Vergnügen. Die Einrichtungen und Aktivitätsoptionen: Schwimmbad, Pterocarpus Wald, Kinderpark und das Feuer am Abend waren ausgezeichnet und das Essen war lecker. Das Buffet bei Trova lecker. Auch Mittagessen im Poolbereich. Die beste Sache über die gesamte Erfahrung war der Service und das Personal des Hotels. Alle behandelten uns in einer außerordentlich besonderen Weise. Xiomar und Carlos Serrano haben uns Transporte angeboten, und wenn wir fragten, was mit dem Rollstuhl getan werden könnte, sagten sie beide nicht, wir werden einen Weg finden und so haben sie. Danke, ich konnte das Wald mit meiner Familie erkunden! Kelvin Sanchez bei Trova servierte uns beide Morgens am Frühstück mit hervorragender Güte. Ich konnte Bryan bei Gästen nicht sehen, aber er beantwortete alle meine Fragen über das Telefon. Gabriela hat uns im Vorderbüro begrüßt und von dem Moment, als wir ankamen, hat sie uns besondere Gefühle gemacht und obwohl ich die Namen der anderen nicht erfassen konnte, ging jeder buchstäblich aus ihrem Weg, einen guten Service zu bieten. Ich teile, dass das Hotel Cashless ist, so müssen Sie Geld bringen, um zu schlagen. Ein Vorschlag wäre, mehr Camp-Feuer-Smöre Boxen zum Verkauf zu haben, da sie kostenlos sind, aber die Menge ist begrenzt und nur für Kinder. Wenn sie nicht früh ankommen und auslaufen, wäre es schön, die Möglichkeit zu kaufen.
