Iaki Conference & Spa Hotel

Excellent experience! Nice hotel, beautiful spa zone, large indoor pool, roomy jacuzzi, all area is heated. The rooms are big, with a huge balcony. The breakfast was amazing, fresh, diverse food and the cappuccino was awesome. I fully recommend it. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite.

I spent a super relaxing stay with my family in November 2024 at Iaki Hotel. Everything is impeccable, from the spacious superior room we had to the breakfast, restaurant, and Iaki Spa therapies. Congratulations to the team! We will come back, for sure.

While The Iaki Hotel's location in Mamaia is promising and the food meets expectations, my recent stay was overshadowed by multiple issues that made for an uncomfortable experience. The most pressing problem was the room temperature control - or rather, the lack of it. The room was consistently overheated, reaching uncomfortable temperatures above 28°C with no way to adjust the heating. This was particularly problematic at night when trying to sleep. The rooms are noticeably dated and in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom design is especially problematic, with poor drainage meaning any water spilled simply pools on the floor. Basic amenities were subpar for a hotel in this category. The toiletries provided were of low quality, and the single-ply toilet paper felt more appropriate for a budget motel than a proper hotel. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available during nighttime hours. The room itself had maintenance issues that went unaddressed despite reporting them to reception. One nightstand was missing entirely, and a broken phone cable was never fixed. The staff's indifference to these problems was particularly disappointing. On a positive note, the food service met our expectations in terms of quality and variety, and the location in Mamaia is convenient. However, given the numerous issues with room comfort and maintenance, along with the staff's unresponsiveness, I cannot recommend this hotel. There seems to be a significant gap between the hotel's positioning and the actual quality of service provided. Not recommended for those expecting standard hotel comfort and service levels.

We booked 2 rooms to spend the weekend with family at Iaki.Even though the hotel surroundings and facilities are kept clean and in good conditions, the rooms are in need of a refurbishment as most light switched and door knobs are damaged.Staff from reception and restaurant were attentive and quick.Breakfast was good with enough variety to choose from.Dinner at the restaurant was also tasty and with big portions.Hotel provides a private beach with sunbeds free for hotel guests as well as free parking if you're lucky to get a empty spot,Generally a good option, but in need of a refresh

It was a big disappointment. Old furniture.Very poor breakfast, and of poor quality. Very small jacuzzi. But the staff very kind. The temperatura în the rooms is very Good. The spa very far from The rooms, and it's very cold în The hallway. In conclusion, an unpleasant experience.

Was a grateful week! I recommend the hotel for trip, family week or business week. Was very clean, the employees are very nice and attentive, the food are very good and accessible. All was superlatively! Don’t forget the view, it’s amazing! You can see the sunset for your apartament! ❤️❤️
