Emerald Hotel

I have stayed for years at this Hotel it is spotlessly clean, Staff are very attentive, even the cleaning lady does her work very execionaly, the pool is beautiful and the garden too nice and peaceful

We stayed Emerald hotel two weeks, between july and august. We had a family trip, with my wife and I and next room our daughter and 3-years old grandson. We had nice rooms, first floor and back of the hotel, so we had little bit own back yard. It was great expesially for the little boy, he had more room to play and second for adults, sun shined almost all day. Rooms were good enough, we manage to make our breakfast every morning, maybe the coffeemaker is what we mist,(there is kettle), but we knowed so we had our own filter and pot with us. Cleaning was also fine. We liked the hotel, nearby is plenty of good places to eat, good bakery little bit farther same street, to the beach about 15-20 min walk. Busstops and taxi station allso near, it´s ieasy to go everywhere you want.

We went to Malia for holidays with my friends, after graduation. This hotel was the best choice we would have done! Friendly stuff, delicious food and cocktails beside the beautiful pool with palm trees! The rooms were very very clean with all the potentional tools. (Plus, they would provide us anything we would ask, like towels or bed linens). Would definitely recommend this hotel for unforgettable holidays in Malia! Wish I could give them 10+ stars !!!

After reading all the reviews on here we were a little worried about our stay but we were so surprised and delighted with the Emerald Hotel. We were greeted by a very friendly man who helped us to our room, the hotel is so clean unbelievably clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are basic but exactly what you need on holiday. Rooms cleaned every day with clean towels, the cleaners were also incredibly friendly and arranged my daughters teddies nicely on the bed each day which she loved. The pools are the best part of the hotel, so clean and beautiful. The kids loved it and also with the park right next to the pool it was prefect. Kremasti is a quieter area of Rhodes but we really appreciated the quiet and relaxed atmosphere, there are lots of lovely places to eat in the area and the beach is beautiful yes a pebble beach but if you walk further down the beach you do find some sand! We absolutely loved our holiday and would highly recommend this hotel we already want to go back.

My sister and I have just returned from 10 days at the Emerald Studios ( Room 203). when we first arrived I think we were a little daunted by the low flying planes coming into the airport but there are just so many positive things to say about the resort that the planes were never really an issue. In fact, over time we became regular plane spotters! The rooms and outside areas are scrupulously clean and there are a generous supply of sun beds and parasols. No need to get up at 5am to grab your spot! The pools are of a really good size for anyone actually wishing to swim (me). The food at the hotel is first class and we ate there many times. You can beat a Pitta gyros, Greek salad washed down with Greek beer at lunchtime, unless of course it’s Calamari on the beach! What makes the Emerald Studios attract returning visitors year after year are the wonderful staff that work at the resort. Our thanks go to all of you lovely people. From reception staff to the lovely smiling chambermaids, our smiling handyman and of course the great team in the bar George,, Dominique and the beautiful Demi. All of you have made our holiday and convinced us to come back and join your many returning guests. See you next year.

Per un errore dell'agenzia di viaggi, ci sono state date camere piccole. Non sarebbe stato un gran problema, se non fosse per il cattivo odore delle stanze e i bagni minuscoli e angusti. La pulizia, che veniva garantita a giorni alterni, si riduceva a spazzare nei lati della stanza non occupata dalle valigie, senza curarsi di magari raccogliere una cartaccia dal pavimento. Non abbiamo avuto acqua calda durante i nostri tre giorni di soggiorno (abbiamo cambiato appartamento, per ovvi motivi) e la proprietaria si è rivelata scortese in molteplici occasioni, alzando gli occhi al cielo e interrompendo me e la mia famiglia mentre parlavamo, arrivando a voler chiamare il manager della struttura per mandarci via perché "nessuno ha mai causato così problemi come noi", quando tutto quello che avevamo fatto era lamentarci, non con lei in ogni caso, della struttura fatiscente e soprattutto vecchia. Sconsiglio vivamente la struttura alle famiglie, nonostante l'ottima posizione nel centro di Malia.

Отель находится в центре города, но в то же время это более спокойный квартал. Персонал отеля создаёт атмосферу семейной теплоты, очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал. В номере есть все необходимое для отдыха. Отличный бассейн и разнообразные зоны отдыха. Вкусная кухня, тёплый и заботливый приём гостей. Очень рекомендую
