Untuk breakfast dan pool ada di clubhouse perumahan yang 1 grup sama hotel ini, jadi harus jalan sekitar 400m dari basement. Makanan maaf kurang enak dan kurang variasi. Penggorengan utk masak telur terlihat teflonnya mengelupas, tolong diganti drpd risiko kanker. Panggangan roti tawar juga harus dbersihkan karena numpuk hitam2 gitu keraknya. Kamar sih mayan lah luasnya cukup, cuma kmrn sandal kamar kelupaan dikasih jadi harus request dan lama baru dateng ke kamar padahal udah jam malam(bukan jam org rame datang cekin)

I fell in love instantly when I stumbled upon this hotel on hotel booking site and decided to book a stay. The resort is cool as it is surrounded by lot's of plants and trees. The wooden villas are cute and looked unreal, but quite spacious for 2 persons. Efficient buggy and room service via Whatsapp. Food served in the hotel restaurant was tasty, my stomach healed after trying an Indonesian drink contain cinnamon and ginger (I forgot the name, pls check my picture!) when I had stomach issue. Listening to the birds singing while watching cute cats playing hide & seek, Shanaya is a perfect choice if you want a peaceful stay and immerse yourself in the nature.

Het was een wisselende ervaring. De host kon geen Engels dus was moeilijk communiceren en het leek alsof ze foto’s van ons maakte. Tijdens het verblijf was het prima te doen, de jacuzzi werkte goed en het ontbijt werd elke ochtend gebracht. Ze hadden ook leuk op de spiegel een berichtje geschreven en op het bed handdoeken gevouwen. Daarentegen was bij het verlaten van de accommodatie een ongemakkelijke situatie waarbij de host een video en foto’s wilde maken. Ze had het al gevraagd via whatsapp maar heb ik niet op gereageerd. Uiteindelijk vroeg ze om een filmpje waarbij ik nee zei maar uiteindelijk toch gedaan. Al bij al beetje vaag.
