Das Anwesen ist sehr zentral gelegen, was für Gäste, die das historische Zentrum bequem zu Fuß erreichen möchten, sehr praktisch ist. Allerdings gab es an keinem der Tage, an denen ich dort war, heißes Wasser in der Dusche, und die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch überhaupt nicht. Ich habe der Unterkunft eine Nachricht geschickt, aber niemand hat sich zu diesem Thema jemals bei mir gemeldet. Kürzlich erhielt ich einen Anruf von der Unterkunft, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass sie mir eine Gebühr in Rechnung stellen würden, weil ich auf dem Gelände geraucht habe, was jedoch nicht der Fall war. Ich rauche nicht und während meines eintägigen Aufenthalts hier hatte ich keinen Besuch von Gästen. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine Rezeption, so dass Sie Ihr Gepäck weder vor dem Check-n noch nach dem Check-out an der Unterkunft aufbewahren können, es sei denn, Sie zahlen eine zusätzliche Gebühr für einen späten Check-in, der möglicherweise verfügbar ist oder nicht. Ich bin bei diesem letzten Besuch durch ganz Spanien gereist, habe in 4 verschiedenen Hotels übernachtet und dieses war das Schlimmste, das einzig Gute war die Lage. Ich bin insgesamt sehr enttäuscht von ihrem Service.

Ich war für 7 Nächte in einem Studio in diesem „intelligenten“ Hotel. Vorteile: Das Gebäude liegt am Anfang eines sehr belebten Korridors, der in das jüdische Viertel führt. Der Wartebereich für Taxis ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Tolle Lage, da alles in der Nähe ist. Das Gebäude ist sicher, allerdings muss sichergestellt werden, dass die Haupttür nach dem Ertönen des Summers vollständig verschlossen ist. Zu bedenken: Matratze und Kissen sind von billiger Qualität – wirklich sehr dünn. Die Zimmermädchen machten sich nicht die Mühe, die Bettdecke zu wechseln, da sie einen ziemlich großen Tintenfleck aufwies. Die Bettdecke hatte nicht einmal einen Bezug, sondern nur die Einlage. Die Bettwäsche hatte auch einige alte gelbe Flecken. Nespresso-Maschine vorhanden, aber keine Pads und Zucker. Waschmaschine im Zimmer, aber kein Waschmittel. Unten gibt es ein Restaurant – nachts wird es dort richtig laut, auch wenn man sich auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes befindet. Die Wände sind wirklich dünn, so dass man jeden laufen, Stühle rücken, Gespräche führen, Gäste die Haupttür zuschlagen, die Treppe hinaufgehen usw. hören kann. Übrigens, in der Wohnung gibt es kein Personal. Sie müssen sie für alles telefonisch anrufen. Erfahrung: Am Tag meiner Abreise wurde im Gebäude eine Abwasserreinigung durchgeführt, die Gäste wurden jedoch nicht informiert. Das ganze Gebäude roch so schlecht. Ich musste mich einmal übergeben, dann sprühte ich Parfüm in eine Maske und trug sie, während ich mich fertig machte.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom, 2 shower with pullout couch so fits 7 people. The one downside is that wherw the pull out and one bedroom are you get alot of noise at night. So no light sleepers in these areas. Everything else was good.

Enjoyed the apartment, the facilities and especially the locaton in the Calle Granada, close to the Plaza de la Merced. Our stay was really nice. Chech-in/out made easy by e-mail. Good value all in all. The only concern was that the apartment had been smoked in earlier. We did not like that smell. Not too disturbing, but the busy streets are loud all night.

never left a review, but just found this entire experience so unacceptable. i requested and paid for late checkout the night before. i heard nothing from the hotel other than my payment was accepted and assumed me late checkout was permitted. i was told 30 minutes before checkout that it was declined… whatever i sorted it out but then my backpack zippers both broke and i could no longer close my bag. the chat function is useless, so i caller. asked for 10 minutes to run down to one of the many stores below and buy a new bag quickly. i was told that i was not allowed 10 minutes and that if i left i would be locked out and my stuff would be thrown out. i left anyway because really i dare you to throw anything out and see how that pans out with the police and court case for a 10 minute extension. for the price they charge for such awful service i do not recommend this place. at best this is a 1.5 star hotel, so if you’re good with that then stay. i’m not.

Very clean, minimally decorated studio with a wonderful bathroom and balcony (where enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine), right in the heart of Malaga. On busy Calle Granada, which is fabulous and terrible, as late at night the street noise of revellers can be quite loud into the wee hours and early mornings you hear businesses setting up shop. Love the church bells. Love the electronic key system. Room could use some coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and dishsoap and sponges!

Modern clean private studio , electronic check in. Download the app and at precisely 3pm your room number and access code appears on the app. Washing machine was useful but no dryer. Contacted for user instructions but was sent a manual in Spanish. So I’m presuming no drying facility which is somewhat unhelpful if only staying a few nights. No where to dry the clothes. The bed was comfortable and air Con good. The only issue was the outside noise which from inconsiderate vendors dragging tables and shouting after midnight packing up. My room was directly next to a courtyard used by bar vendors so extremely noisy. It makes the hotels quiet policy from 10pm hypercritical and a waste of time. I would however stay again because it was super modern and high tech with un intrusive access in and out. You are protected by CCTV which is good oh and there is a lift . Location was great with a taxi rank just on the main road ( near the tunnel ). Train station 20 mins walk

We booked a studio apartment which was nicely decorated, clean and modern. It was located in a great part of town in the old town, near to main tourist attractions and not too far to walk to the harbour and beach. The only thing I wish I’d know when booking is that there is no on site reception or luggage storage, and the only way to communicate is via an online reception chatbot on the Líbere app. When we had a few issues with our stay this method of communication proved to be quite laborious. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay which I was told would be fixed but despite contacting the online reception team via the chatbot everyday and one visit from the online reception team, it never got fixed. The walk-in shower also leaked due to poor design and we had to constantly mop up water. The toilet seat was also broken but once reported via the app was fixed asap. We couldn’t check in until 3pm so booked a secure locker nearby via the Libere app. I didn’t receive confirmation of how to access the locker before our stay and when I couldn’t get a response from the online reception team on the day, I ended up having to pay for a new locker. The online reception team finally sent details through but it was too late by then. The apartments are located next to bars and restaurants so it was quite noisy at night when we were trying to sleep with people talking, drinking and eating outside and proprietors dragging bins around until the early hours.

It is amazing. very clean, eco-friendly. active communication. well-equipped. location is really good.
