Das Hotel war viel größer als wir erwartet hatten. Es ist ein wirklich schöner Ort, versteckt in der schönen Stadt Melaka. Die Lobby ist schön gestaltet, aber das Gefrierfach und das ganze Hotel schien in einer Art Parfüm gedämpft, was mich ein bisschen schwindlig machte. Unser Zimmer hatte den seltsamsten Geruch - aber ich denke, es war vorsätzlich ...as obwohl sie es wie das gefüttert hatten, dass zu Zwecken ...wie fettige Hahn. Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und der kleine Patio ist ein schöner Touch. Wir informierten das Büro, dass wir um 12:50 Uhr auschecken. Aber immer noch, der gleiche Konzern rief uns um 12 Uhr, wartete auf uns, um auschecken zu können. Wir wurden auch kaum bei dem Eintritt ins Hotel begrüßt. Wunderbar. Wenn alles vorbereitet ist, bin ich sicher, dass es ein schöner Ort sein wird. Ich wünsche mir, dass die Pflanzen wirklich waren. Sie sind alle Kunststoff und es zeigt, leider. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur um die Ecke von China Town und Junkers Walk. Ich denke, es ist ein anständiger Ort, für eine Nacht oder zwei zu bleiben.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, was für jeden Touristen sehr praktisch ist. Für jeden Gast stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen ganz in der Nähe, Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade, Afamosa, Melaka River Cruise, Malacca Tower und Jonker Street sind vom Hotel aus zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist eine sehr strategische Lage, wenn Sie die nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen möchten. Die hauseigenen Restaurants sind ebenfalls erschwinglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, aber einige Dinge könnten verbessert werden, wie die Schalldämmung der Haupttür und die Fehlfunktion des AC-Thermostats. Die Aussicht vor dem Fenster ist wunderschön.

Hatten Hotel Melaka is one of the best stay to stay when in Melaka. The staffs at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful ( especially to all the bellman ) have send me to the hospital for my wound dressing. This is the main purpose I choose Hatten Hotel is because is nearby to the hospital and its convenient for me. Unfortunately, after few times of staying , today I only realised that stains everywhere incl on the bedsheet. Mattress totally sunken, never seen anything like it in any hotel. Felt completely groggy. See attached pictures for details. Thank you very much.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen, ich sage, dieses Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön und der Ort ist allesamt interessant. Was das Frühstück angeht, gebe ich ihm 10 Sterne, aber ich bin wütend und verärgert über das Problem mit dem Aufzug. Bitte kümmern Sie sich um das Personal Wenn die Gäste voll sind, checke ich im 12. Stock ein und warte mehr als eine halbe Stunde auf den Aufzug, bis der Aufzug nicht mehr anhält...die letzten beiden benutzten die Treppe, um nach unten zu gehen...überlegen Sie mal, was wäre ein Eine Person, die im 30. Stock wohnt, macht es, wenn sie sowieso die Treppe benutzt. Es ist schlimm, wenn man Single ist und dieses Ding nicht in der Tasche hat und seine Frau wieder mitbringen möchte. Gehirnfasern sind so. ..beachten Sie bitte das Aufzugsproblem

### Review of Hotel Majestic Malacca I recently stayed at Hotel Majestic Malacca and had a mixed experience. The room was very clean, and I enjoyed a nice bathtub experience, which was a highlight. However, the soundproofing in the room was lacking; I could hear conversations from the next room until midnight, so it might be helpful to request a quiet, non-smoking room when booking. Additionally, there was a noticeable smoking smell coming from next door, and the pillow had an unpleasant odor. I found the mattress to be too soft for my preference, which affected my comfort. The room featured a coffee machine, and I appreciated that I could request additional capsules. I also liked the eco-friendly touch of using glass bottles for drinking water. However, be aware that items like cup noodles and drinks in the fridge are chargeable. Breakfast offered an à la carte menu that was just average—acceptable but nothing special. I didn't have time to explore the gym or swimming pool, as my days were filled with walking around Malacca city. The toilet amenities, however, did not meet my expectations considering the room price. I think they could benefit from using a better-smelling shower gel and shampoo. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. There is parking available behind the building, but as a woman returning late, I appreciated being able to park in front of the hotel for safety. Overall, while there were several drawbacks, the cleanliness and service made for a decent stay.

Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass wir im Bayview Hotel einchecken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Namen der Mitarbeiter sind Muhammad und Wafi. Der Check-in-Vorgang verläuft reibungslos. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel. Bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit war der Raum perfekt vorbereitet. Wiederholung bestätigen. 😎❤️👍🏻

Ein sehr gutes Aufenthaltserlebnis. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Malakka-Fluss. Belebte Orte wie die Jonker Street sind in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist groß, verfügt über einen großen Balkon und das Badezimmer ist mit einer großen Badewanne ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wird im Gebäude 3A serviert und bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Da unsere Zugzeit relativ spät war, baten wir darum, am Abreisetag eine Stunde später auszuchecken, und das Hotel stimmte bereitwillig zu. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Es war eine Geschäfts- und Familienreise. Ich mochte die Lage, nach Melaka River Cruise und nahe gelegene Brücke zu überqueren Yo Kg Morten. Easy zu essen, besonders für Abendessen. Parkplatz ist groß am verbundenen Multi-Storey-Autopark im Hotelgebäude. Das erste Zimmer war gut mit einem großen Badezimmer mit Bad mit Fenster. Der Tauch und der Zähler oben ist gut, um Lebensmittel zu bringen. Da das Badezimmer einen großen Raum hat.. Das Zimmer ist etwas krampfig, wenn Sie einen Wanderer und einen großen Gepäcktasche haben, aber es gibt viele Kabinen, um Ihre Sachen zu setzen. Das Frühstück ist etwas enttäuschend, da es eine kleine Auswahl im Vergleich zum Preis ist, wenn Sie Frühstück hinzufügen müssen und sie waren keine Paste, für 2 Tage die samba nasi lemak überkocht.

This is already the 5th time we’ve chosen this hotel, good location and overalls… the rooftop restaurants are good ideas if you already gone to local tourist attractions, recommend for dinner (couple or family) for one of your night there~
