We arrived at the hotel very late, but checking in wasn’t a problem at all. Even though it was past check-in time, we were still able to do self check-in with the help of the security guard. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, which I was so thankful for,my husband and I had been driving all day and were way too tired to deal with any hassle. The room was super tidy and clean when we got there. And when I say clean, I mean 5-star hotel kind of clean.I absolutely loved it. It was also really quiet, and we had a peaceful night’s rest. During checkout, the receptionist actually called one of the staff to check the room to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. It helps avoid the stress of forgetting personal stuff. They also have designated parking just for hotel guests, and it’s guarded by security, which is a big plus. Oh, and I loved the decor,really artsy and gave off a classy, expensive vibe. They also have board game rentals for you to enjoy while staying at the hotel, which I thought was a fun and cozy touch.

The hotel was located in a strategic area. Hotel rooms are cozy, modern design and clean environment. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room smells nice and it's clean. About 500 m from the malls. The price is good. Just that need 100 Rm as deposit. Highly recommended

Strategic location, its in the city center but not in the busy area. It’s located besides and infront of convent school. Its peaceful. Staff was very attentive & helpful. need to pay rm100 deposit with rm2 melaka tax? Not sure what tax is this lol. Interior is very artsy and modern. Room capacity suits the price i guess. Everything is clean, just the water bidet is leaking. Provided towels, and other amenities like toothbrush sets etc. smart tv functions well. Got coway water dispenser infront our room which is very convenient. Room are not soundproof. Check in only until 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekend i guess. Quite limited parking.

Nice place to stay. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants.

Good service, recomended for short stays and good location

We stayed in the windowless twin room, it was very clean and very spacious. One of the biggest rooms we’ve had so far in SE Asia. The staff were very nice and helpful. However the rooms are NOT soundproof and it was very noisy. We heard every noise outside in the corridor which disturbed our sleep unfortunately. They clean the hotel until quite late in the evening and it’s very disturbing.

The hotel itself is very nice, with clean rooms, comfortable amenities, and a convenient location, but what really stood out was the warm welcome from the staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant, even allowing an early check-in without any extra charges. Their kindness and attention to guest comfort truly made me feel valued. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Melaka – the staff’s hospitality makes all the difference!

Good location and free parking.

Everything was great - convenient parking, prompt check-in, clean and spacious room, hot shower with good pressure, good condition aircon. Short 10 mins walk to malls and jonker street. Stayed in this hotel for multiple times and they have always kept up with the quality. Will definitely revisit.
