The spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

I would like to say this is the worst mgmt I have been encountered. Never send the check in details to usz WhatsApp them and only reply js half an hour later. We have tried to call the management, but they refuse to answer the phone call and reply us said not convenient to answer phone call. We have been waiting 45mins for them to let us know the check in details. On the 2nd day, the management has changed the main door password and we are unable to get back to the homestay after our ling and tired day. We have to call them and asked what happened. They told me that, u not checking out? I have to screen shot my confirmation to them in order for them to let us “go in” the homestay again. This is the worst mgmt I have encountered.

Honestly the stay is quite okay. The floor is super clean as of my Mom’s comments. But I somehow met a crocoach ..

check in was delayed, we waited in front of the door. we had no internet the whole time there, they said they will fix it, then they said they did fix it remotely, nothing changed. there are three beds, one is completely isolated in the dark.

Worst service Ever had in my life by booking thru TRIP.COM They never provided accommodation and made us to roam In streets in the midnight. Either TRIP.COM or they so called partner responded to us. They gave mobile no , but nobody responded. They suppose to provide us unit no etc but not provided. In the email Trip.com stated that we need to provide Identification details to Security and they will assist us, but no such information was passed to security office. Even security Gaurds were trying to reach them but no body responded. Next morning , they called and informed that TRIP.COM never provide customer details and it is their mistake and even for courtesy they never ask to come and stay for the next day. Instead the way they speak that they are offer the accommodation at FREE COST. This gives a impression that TRIP.COM doesn’t have proper co-ordination with their vendor. Now TRIP.COM is washing hands from this situation and saying vendors is refusing to refund. To be honest, I didn’t book with the. directly with vendors, I booked with TRIP.COM and trusting that they protect the customers interest. My conclusion or opinion, better avoid TRIP.COM as they never protect customer ‘s interest I/o they are interest in their vendor interest and their own interest. End we will be losing money and vacation become disaster z Thank to Trio.com has made their vacation unforgettable experience but worst experience.

apartment aircon didnt work but was given a replacement on the same day. quite a hassle to change unit. bed sheets are yellow.

Nice view & pool

I’ve booked 3 rooms. When i arrived i had to contact the host myself. Normally the host will contact us before checking in to ensure we could check into our rooms smoothly. The hotel should remark that we have to contact the host before checking in if they wont contact us first. Because we have to fill a form for each room so it takes so much time. I even have to wait for the host to set our room. We were supposed to check in by 3pm but there’s 1 room that we had to check in at 6pm. The host asked us to park at the mall’s parking which we have to pay ourselves if we did. After negotiating the host agreed to give us the parking card first but we had to wait in my sister’s room first. It has 5 lifts for both blocks but only 2 lifts can be used. Had to wait almost an hour to get ourselves inside the lift. Other than that, the water supply in block b was yellow. Would definitely not repeat to stay here again. But on the bright side, the rooms are spacious and clean. Suitable for families
