The hotel is old , the room (3 beds +Sofa, ), bathroom are old . Clean though . No room service even after a call , still didn’t happen. Had to change two blankets as there was stain on them Staff are polite and friendly but short staff. Food not great and expensive, even though multiple eatery . Dont rely on ski shop but great resource for last minute or missed ski stuff. Snow and ski is unbeatable . Even with all the issues , if they could at least improve the room service it would have been 4.5-5 star.

Dieses Hotel bietet mehr als erwartet! Normalerweise die Websites über Versprechen und unter Lieferung, aber das war der andere Weg! Wie andere bereits erwähnt haben, sind die Zimmer ziemlich klein, aber völlig adäquat, das einzige, was wir vorschlagen könnten, wäre, Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer anzubieten (es gibt eine Kettle und Kühlschrank). Das Badezimmer hat Toiletten, die anständige Qualität sind. Das Zimmer war warm und so wurden Skikleide gut getrocknet. Es gibt gute Lagerung für Skiausrüstung und ein schönes kleines Fitnesszimmer mit guter Qualität Kit (öffnet 24/7) Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und wissensfähig über das Gebiet, das gute Anweisungen und Vorschläge für Orte zum Essen gibt. Es gibt einen Shuttleservice zur Stadt, aber es ist auch ein angenehmer Spaziergang (ohne Skigeräte!) Der kleine Komfortladen auf der Website ist ok, aber ein wenig teuer (obwohl dies unabhängig vom Hotel) Frühstück ist reichlich, Alles frisch und einladend zu essen - es gibt eine Eistation, wo man Eier irgendwie bekommen kann. Das Abendessen uns überraschend gut - ein kleines Menü, aber gemacht, um zu bestellen und wie Frühstück sehr frisch. Die Bar macht eine glückliche Stunde und einige schöne Cocktails :) Es gibt ein ”gemeinsames Zimmer”, wo man für sich selbst kochen kann - das wäre gut, wenn man in einer Gruppe reist. 4bedroomのペントハウスに3泊しました。施設や部屋の内装は良く、部屋からの眺めも最高でした。 ただ、ラグジュアリーホテルとは到底思えないようなホスピタリティの低さを随所に感じました。笑顔は全くなく、顧客目線に立って、より快適に過ごしてもらおうという気持ちも全く感じません。ただ運営側本意なルールを押し付け、業務をこなしているような感じです。1泊30万近く払って連泊している宿泊者に対してビジネスホテルのような感覚で対応しています。もはや現場だけの問題ではなく、上席者の指示や運営会社の経営方針自体に問題があるように感じました。施設は良いだけに、とても残念です。 まず到着時には車から荷物降ろすのを手伝う気配はなく目の前で傍観している態度に驚きました。荷物は車２台分全て自分達で降ろしました。チェックアウト時の手伝いも皆無。一番高いスィートなのにルームクリーニングは他の部屋同様に最低限で、使用した食器などは一切洗ってくれません。昨シーズンはskye nisekoのペントハウスに何度か宿泊しましたが、サービスのレベルや融通のきかせ方は綾よりはかなり良かったです。 他にもとにかく融通が効かなく、多々残念な対応がありましたが割愛します。ホテルが良く考え直して値段に見合って、心のこもったサービスに改善していただける事を願っています。

Nice stylish condo-styled hotel with full in room facilities (cooking, washing machines, dryer etc) which is really gd for long stay. Suites are big & spacious, awesomely clean & superd decor. Onsen is decent & gd for a quick dip but a little small if compared to noborebetsu ones. Ski area is outstanding with ample storage for ski gear. Truly ski in/ski out resort if u can ski wel as you can hit the slopes once you're all geared up. For beginner, u hv to carry your ski gear & walk down the slopes or walk indoor cutting thru the connected walkway to the main rusutsu hotel. Conclusion, will love to stay here again & for longer duration...😀

Love this hotel from the moment I stepped in, gorgeous ambience, great service at reception! Room is expensive for one person stay but worth every penny. Regardless how long your stay is, one room entitled to one time free usage of private onsen (after that is charged) for 45mins. There is free public onsen beside it. Yoga classes are available for sign up for fee. Ski shop Rhythm and Afuri ramen looks great but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Ski storage available but not practical esp for those who rent, as you need to carry the heavy equipment back and forth from ski base to hotel (10min up-downhill walk or take free shuttle). Apt style hotel is well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine-dryer, dishwashing machine. Breakfast is great! Toilet and room is spacious and bed is good. I would return!!! Best recommended for families esp those with mix interest besides ski/snowboard. Near to street side restaurants, Lawson is across.

I had reservations for 2 rooms for a group of five for 3D2N on the 3rd week of December 2022. While the property is well kept and ground were impeccable, the check-in process is the worst experience I ever had in all my stays with the Marriott group of hotels since the 90s. It took an hour & 15 min to check-in, all because of some cultural pride of not finding the right people to do the job right from onset: at the drop off at the bellhop to billing at the frontdesk. The bellhop was a tall young Japanese lady who could not speak English at all. I was attempting to walk to the frontdesk as there were 2 coaches off loading guests simultaneously & I did not want to be caught with this large group of ten or more tourists. She refused not once but thrice with her out stretched arms to stop us from proceeding to the frontdesk with our luggage. Apparently, on highsight, she thought we were part of the other group & wanted to contain and corral our luggages. I gave up 😖 & regretfully let her & her co-workers take our 7 pieces of luggage. At the check-in, a young male bellhop assigned us to a senior looking male frontdesk staff who could not speak or understand English very well. It took him a while to get the paperwork done & when presenting the bill to be paid up full, it did not match the reservation booking which was a significant amount. It dragged on for another 20 min going back & forth with him. Using google translator helped a bit but again he could not reconcile the booking … I had to demand for our check-in to be handled by someone who could speak English but he refused & continue trying to communicate to me in his poor English. I had to raise my voice for help; kept asking him to let another senior member to assist us. Which caught some attention eventually. Fortunately, a young French lady who speaks Japanese & English, ironically was assigned to Japanese guests 🙄 came to our rescue. By this time, 45 min has elapsed, my family by then discovered our luggage has gone missing ! The silly bellhop tall Japanese lady who cannot speak English had grouped our bags with the larger group. She wanted to do her job well BUT did not understand there we were not part of the other group 😡 So silly way to run a simple hotel operation. Any attempts to ask any on the non-speaking Japanese staff to get an English speaking failed. It had to do with some silly cultural pride of not being competent to do their job that created this stubbornness and refusal to get an English speaking staff. Why 2-star rating instead of 1-star only because the English speaking French lady staff helped me to bring the billing attention to the duty manager who apologized for the delay & he resolved the billing issue eventually. Take note, I just stayed at The Westin Las Vegas a month ago in November & it took less than 5 min to check-in. What a stark contrast between this Westin Rusutsu & Westin Las Vegas. Next to the ski lift, easy to go out and go in at your own pace. Bit crowded during day time after 10 am. It helps a lot with a locker provided for each guest to keep the equipment. The room was spacious and comfortable, perhaps the hotel to improve on the timing for room cleaning service, especially for guests staying more than a week and expecting the room to be clean when we are out. The hotel has its own mini-mart, which help you to get some junk food and accessory for skier/snowboarder - a bit pricey but it's expected in the Niseko area anyway. The other downside is the hotel location is far from other convenience stores and restaurants (affordable where u can easily access in Hirafu) so it makes you book a room with breakfast and dinner.

Sehr schön, warm und warm. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, sehr nah an der alten Skiplatz II. Der Gastgeber ist sehr Gastgeber, kann einfach kommunizieren und diese kleine Holzhäuser vorstellen

Yvonne und seine Kollegen waren alle sehr glücklich und bereit, Hilfe zu bieten. Sehr sauber und großartig Schönheit im Erdgeschoss und in der Lobby. Freie Fahrt nach Gondola hat uns Energie gespart, indem wir den ganzen Weg nach oben klettern. Viel geschätzt für die komplimentäre Aufrüstung in die Schlafzimmer Suite mit Stadtblick. Als erstes Ende unserer Hochzeitsreise waren meine Frau und ich froh und haben die friedliche Erfahrung schon verpasst!
