Das Pullman Zamzam Makkah ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Familien, die die Umrah durchführen. Es bietet eine günstige Lage, luxuriöse Unterkünfte, hervorragende Annehmlichkeiten und freundlichen Service. Was ich am meisten liebe, ist die günstige Lage, nur wenige Schritte von der Großen Moschee von Al-Haram entfernt. Das ist das Glück, das man für Geld kaufen kann. MasyaAlloh. *************

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Moscheegeländes und ist auch mit dem Einkaufszentrum Zam Zam Tower verbunden. Wenn Sie also in der Nähe etwas essen möchten ... Es gibt eine große Auswahl beim Frühstück, schade, manchmal trifft es nicht den indonesischen Geschmack... Das Einzelbett ist groß, wenn man es kombiniert, können drei Personen schlafen... Möge Allah es Ihnen leicht machen, jedes Jahr nach Bailah zu gehen ... Amen

Die Lage des Hotels ist erstaunlich, leicht zu erreichen al Haram. Die Zimmer sind jedoch alt und müssen ernsthaft renoviert werden, weil sie in diesem Moment nur für die Lage, nicht das Hotel selbst, hohe Preise haben.

The room was never cleaned unless requested. It seems they do it on purpose because they want a tip. The five of us stayed there for five days, and for the last two days, we didn't request any cleaning, resulting in the trash piling up, which we just placed in front of the room

We stayed at the Jumeirah for our Umrah trip. Our room was fantastic but we were so appalled by the dining service and quality of food. At breakfast, the service is terrible. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and the people behind the live food stations need to smile like the gentleman on the egg station. I asked 5 times for a karak chai from the start of entering the breakfast until the end; I was there for 1.5 hours and every single person I asked was unable to get me the karak. They kept ignoring and disappearing. In the end I had to remind the waiters how long I had been waiting only to be told it had run out. I was waiting for a very long time just to be told this! In the end someone did get me the karak but it was so hard to just ask for something so simple. Also every day at breakfast the tables are not set out with the cuttlery and napkins missing. Every time I ask someone for some cutlery as there isn’t any on the table and it doesn’t get replaced but again we are always ignored and have many times helped ourselves to cutlery from other tables or the station where staff store the cutlery. We got very tired of the service here and it definitely doesn’t live up to the standards of other 5 star hotels (except the hotel and room itself). The staff are very unhelpful and the kitchen staff are awful. Having come from a hospitality background, there needs to be more structure in your kitchen and managers need to stop prioritising specific tables. All guests should be treated the same. We came to the buffet dinner and we’re looking forward to a lovely meal however the food was absolutely awful quality. The lamb shoulder was so over cooked and dry. We have never tasted anything quite like it. I have attached a picture to show the quality. It was inedible. There were literally no staff at any of the service stations. We wanted some of the grilled meat and chicken and we had searched for someone to serve it to us and he took one handful of it and put it on our plates. That is not an adequate protein portion. The portion was enough to fit a tablespoon of meat. The options were so poor. Again, no table service and no napkins and cutlery. We had to keep asking for things that should have been there. We didn’t even have water bottles and the table next to us had 5 water bottles for 2 people. We were really looking forward to the dinner but it was the worst buffet we have been to for a five star hotel. Nothing was fresh and the dessert selection was terrible too. Definitely nothing 5 star about it. The pastry was old and stale and very sweet without any flavour. It’s such a shame at such a high price which does not reflect any quality at all. We were so disappointed with the stay. We were hoping to return later this year with our family but we will have to find another hotel as this is hotel is not at the standard to bring our family to. Your location, decor, room size are amazing but your customer service and quality of food really lets you down. It is such a shame as we were really looking forward to staying here again. Die Rezeptionisten (weibliches Personal) waren sehr kooperativ. Unser Zimmer wurde als freundliche Geste bei unserem ersten Besuch in eine Suite aufgewertet. Die Qualität des Frühstücks im Olive Restaurant war hervorragend und ein libanesischer Koch machte uns köstliches frisch gebackenes Manakeesh. Der Zimmerservice war sehr schnell. Die von und nach Haram bereitgestellten Golfwagen waren sehr hilfsbereit und hatten fleißige Fahrer.

Tolles Hotel. Vielen Dank an Herrn Ali, der mir während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel sehr hilfsbereit war. Hoffentlich können wir uns wiedersehen. Für Frau Amjad Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit. Die Zimmer sind sehr luxuriös und schön. Das Essen ist auch lecker. Tolle Aussicht, MasyaAllah... hoffentlich kann ich bald wieder hier übernachten. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen

Second time stay in this hotel. Satisfied both times. We are happned to arrived early and the booked room yet to be ready. However the receptionist has help to accomodate us by updrage us other rooms which is better. I can't thank enough with the hotel teams for making our stay very peasant and memorable.

Dieses Hotel liegt an der Ibrahim Khalil Road, ist sehr sauber, hat eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre, professionelles Personal und sehr bequeme Betten und Zimmer... Das Reinigungspersonal spricht Arabisch, Hindi und Bangladeschisch, aber die Rezeption und das Housekeeping haben Schwierigkeiten, die ganze Zeit Englisch zu verstehen. Es ist fast 25 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Haram, aber wenn Sie Ihre Umrah gemacht haben oder viel im Haram gelaufen sind, wird der Rückweg ermüdend sein. Sie haben einen Shuttleservice, der 24 Stunden verfügbar ist, aber zu unserer Überraschung müssen Sie am Kudi Busbahnhof umsteigen und einen anderen Bus nach Haram nehmen, Ihre gesamte Fahrtzeit zurück zum Hotel kann aufgrund des Verkehrs, der normalerweise immer stark ist, etwa 25-40 Minuten betragen, aber wenn es ein Freitag ist, werden Sie buchstäblich herumrennen, um einen Shuttle zu erwischen oder Ihren Platz darin zu sichern. Ich hasste das absolut und ging lieber zu Fuß. Das Hotel hat ein Einkaufszentrum, eine Moschee und alle 9 Türme sind miteinander verbunden. Wir bestellten uns das Essen aufs Zimmer und insgesamt war es ganz nett. Ich fand, dass das Öl der Pommes etwas abgestanden schmeckte, aber alle anderen waren müde und hungrig und fanden es ok. Ich werde vielleicht nicht wieder dort übernachten, da mir die 2 Shuttle-Fahrten nicht gefallen haben, aber insgesamt ist es ein tolles Hotel.
