Cozitel never fails me, Superb Host! They even allowed me to extend and pay the remaining days because my flight got delayed.m

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was great for a good night's sleep. The hotel also had nice amenities, like a pool and a restaurant with delicious food. It’s in a good location, quiet but close to attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is at a good location but they do not offer free parking. They do offer 1 hour free but aside from that, you need to pay. I stayed for 3 nights and I remember the parking costs more or less of the room price. The room is simple. It has what you need, the basics but if you’re looking for something more fancy, accessible and comfortable, not your place. It’s good for a short stay.

One of the best place to stay within Makati. I love it so much and it's near my work place. Will definitely go back!

Good quality and service

The location is good. There is a waltermart supermarket nearby and convenience stores around the area. It is also at the middle of the NAIA airport and makati CBD which makes it very acccessible and convenient. The room is very spacious. There is also pool, sauna and gym facilities (with additional small charge) and then some basic appliances inside the room. There is also a TV with subscription but no instruction on how to use it (perhaps im not familiar how to operate netflix on a tv) The room is decent, but not as clean as hotels as there were some small cockroaches roaming around. Lastly, a bit puzzled on the check in and checkout process as no info was provided after booking.

Overall, the place was very nice and the room was cozy with a fast wifi connection. However, I was disappointed that there was no cabinet to hang my clothes as well the toilet bidet . Thank you.

空港からも近く（Grabで200ペソ代）リトル東京の隣と立地は良いのですが、最近周囲で拳銃強盗が多発して居ますのでご注意を（先日も日本食レストラに押し込んだ様です。）夜8時ごろ、知らない人に突然部屋のドアをノックされたのはビビりました（汗）一階のガードマンが親切に話を聞いてくれました。（聞いてくれただけ 笑 ）お部屋は1ルームでアメニティも男性の短期滞在でしたので必要十分で間に合いました。

Очень хорошое место, рекомендую. Есть и бассейн и сауна. Красивый вид с крыши. Единственное иногда где то пробегают тараканы.

Тараканы в номере на 31 этаже, этим кажется все сказано. Так же в номере ужасно пахнет. В общем не советую
