Very good service over all very happy staffs friendly

DO NOT stay here if your drive. I paid for 12 hours parking when I stayed overnight and then got a fine a few weeks later. Not happy at all. Premier Inn needs to cancel its car parking arrangement with Your Parking Space. If you do wish to stay and park please make sure you get an email receipt just in case you need to appeal against the fine.

We arrived at about 1am after getting back from France. I'd read on the Premier Inn website that every PI is 'bike friendly' but I was cynical! Well Dennis the night guard was brilliant. He showed us a safe place to lock our bikes, even putting them in the staff area and labelling them when we couldn't find out second lock. He went above and beyond and genuinely seemed to care, wanting to get us into our room as quickly as possible. What a star! Thanks.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are amazing. Comfy large bed, powerful shower, great air conditioning. The rooms are modern and spacious. It was such a brilliant stay!

Briony was a massive help! She helped me book into my room and was really friendly. Lovely service. Her service in the restaurant was fast and considerate , very helpful! I will most certainly be back at premier inn maidstone! Thank you so much

I would like to thank Briony, Richard and Gitesh for all their help during my stay, these guys were so friendly & funny, it really made the stay so much more enjoyable- they’re an iconic trio!! This hotel is beautiful all round as well, the room was immaculate, i was told they had been refurbished and you really could tell, they looked amazing & it was so comfy too! I also enjoyed dining in the restaurant, breakfast & dinner were both delicious- i had the katsu curry which I highly recommend. Would also like to thank Kirsty and Paola who were equally helpful, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, if you’re thinking of booking this hotel, please do! :))

I cannot fault the staff at the hotel who couldn't do enough for us. The room was absolutely perfect and clean throughout. The room was spacious and clean. It was a newer room with a lovely shower with handheld shower head. Breakfast was superb and we managed to take a breakfast bag with us. On arrival a wonderful member of staff helped us with the car parking. Very good value for money and one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Don’t count on it, check in was a bad experience for me. The receptionist was rude and abrupt. Check who the receptionist is before you go, you might be ignored in time of need. There was a culture of unwillingness to help. No one was available to attend to emergency call from the lift.
