Excellent service in the restaurant from all the staff, especially Paola. Very polite and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s nice to see staff smiling and doing a great job for all the hotel guests. Would recommend the Premier Inn, London Road, Maidstone. Great stay, thanks

Great location close to the trains and to the centre of maidstoe. Staff are lovely and so helpful with any queries I may have. The rooms are a great size with plenty of space, clean and the beds are very comfortable with clean white sheets. Any time i stay here i have a great experience and will be back. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in maidstone

10/10 experience ! My landlord had to decant me to a nearby hotel due to essential works in the middle of the night. . The team were so accommodating so polite they put me the customer first. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Steve for a warm welcome. Peter you were so understanding listening to my predicament. Reassured me to have breakfast and settle down! Kirsty, Crystal and Aisha.... were so cheerful and didn't make me feel awkward as I'm here alone. haha. It's the little things. The manager Charlenne was real cool and understanding too and ensured I got a great deal. Thank you all for turning my into a great stay. Thank you all Naomi Ediru.

We came to Maidstone for a family get together and our family who live here in Maidstone recommend this Premier Inn, to enter the car park was a bit tricky , maybe with a bit of signage who have helped but apart from that the hotel was very welcoming from the minute you arrived, the staff was top marks making us very welcome and the place itself was very clean and tidy and very welcoming, I would say it was one of the best Premier Inns I've visited and I've been to a few in my years. The rooms was very very nice and clean and well maintained , outstanding to be honest we could not ask. for more. If you are thinking of coming to Maidstone to stay I would highly recommend this Premier Inn it was great.

The staff were excellent. Paola was amazing doing lots of different roles and being very attentive to customers needs. Truly a brilliant member of staff. Room very nice and clean. The only critisim was the lights in the room- very difficult to turn off so we had to sleep with lights on. Would be helpful if seeable instructions.
