From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. From the front desk personnel to the staff at Bamboo Restaurant, everyone demonstrated a high level of professionalism and ensured that the hotel maintained a welcoming and comfortable environment. The exceptional service I received at Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort truly made a difference in my overall experience. I felt valued as a guest, and the attention to detail exhibited by the hotel staff elevated my stay to a whole new level. This food at Bamboo Restaurant was splendid, and the service at the restaurant was exceptional. My compliments to the chef and restaurant staff. Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort is the only place I want to stay if I visit Mai Chau again. I’ll be coming back here again!

Wir haben 1 Zimmer für entspannende Wochenenden im Mai reserviert. Hanoi ist sehr heiß, aber Mai Chau ist sehr cool und frisch. Also haben wir 3 Nächte in Mai Chau Villas statt 2 Nächte geblieben, wie erwartet. Wir genossen wirklich, den Raum in dieser Villa zu erkunden. Die beste Erfahrung ist, um lokale saubere landwirtschaftliche Produkte zu genießen. Hotelpersonal macht mich mit hervorragender Service zufrieden. Die natürliche Landschaft ist nichts zu diskutieren, so schön anh friedlich ! Kommt wieder zu Mai Chau Villas viele Male mit meiner Familie anh Freunde !!

I go with my friend to this hotel. The hotel is very peacefull, next to the nice lake in Mai Chau. The room is clean and the restaurant food is very delicious. The staff is friendly and have very good instruction to us. From this hotel, we can easy go to village to enjoy the culture of local pepole. Nice rice field and nice vlllage as well.

C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous partageons cette adresse bonheur chez une adorable grande et belle famille vietnamienne aux petits soins durant notre étape de 6 jours. Nous avons pris tous nos repas riches, variés et succulents sur les conseils de Huong et Chung nos chères hôtes. Mai Chau région fantastique à venir découvrir pour ces subimes rizières enveloppées d'une barrière montagneuse arborée les pieds dans les rizières. De belles balades à vélos prêtés par la famille. Nous les avons quittés avec bien des émotions partagées, nous reviendrons.

Das Hotel konnte nicht empfehlen! Wir haben hier eine Woche geblieben und es war absolute Freude, absolute Entspannung. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön und der Pool/Anblick ist aus dieser Welt. Das Personal war alles wunderschön, sie waren wirklich freundlich und konnten nicht genug für uns tun. Wir können nicht warten, bis wir zurückgehen!
