Die Unterkunft war zu gut. Das Personal war höflich Jahrestag hatten sie die Anfrage nicht in ihrem System. . Es ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel und dafür bezahlen wir nicht zu meiner Bitte.. Ich erinnerte mich an die Namen, damit es mir leicht fiel.. aber was wäre, wenn ich die Namen vergessen hätte.. ? Sie hätten mir gesagt, dass es meine Schuld ist. wer mir versichert hat, dass die Anfrage bearbeitet wird ) Am Ende machten sie einen Kompromiss mit meinem Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett. . Ich hatte keine andere Wahl, als Kompromisse einzugehen, da ich meine Zeit beim Einchecken nicht verschwenden und den Tag in der Unterkunft genießen wollte das Personal als 3 Sterne ..

The resort is in old Mahabaleshwar. The approach road is narrow and was under construction. The property is large size and has many amenities. We had booked Valley view suit for 2 nights. Valley view is a misnomer as the view is that of town and amenities of the resort. So no real valley view which is on the extreme side. Our room had many issues including bed headrest ( that was fixed soon), the room card key stopped working ( that was not fixed) and we had to do with manual keys. There was a small leakage from the flush knob in the toilet and could not be fixed ( it probably needed washer replacement). All in all there was no hot water in the evening. Many complaints were made. On our last evening when manager heard about the issue, something was done to start the hot water. On the positive side, food was good, adequate amenities like spa, swimming pool, activity room etc were there. Service was good. There was a marriage on our check-out day. The preparation started previous night and went on for whole night. We couldn't sleep. The management's customer focus was lacking looking at all these issues and hence 3* feedback considering all aspects. I will not recommend the resort in busy Nov/Dec season or in May.
