JW Marriott Hotel Madrid Bewertungen

Spectacular new property in the best possible location in Madrid. Every staff member we encountered was extremely welcoming and gracious. Dani checked us in and was very friendly and reviewed all the benefits we would be receiving as Marriott Titanium members. We received an incredible daily breakfast, an upgrade to a premium room with two balconies on a side street (did not hear a sound!) and a 10 Euro credit. Housekeeping was provided twice a day and we so appreciated all the extra towels and water - truly every employee we encountered at this hotel was so kind and friendly!! Every morning we would have the pleasure of seeing Sofia at breakfast - she was such a pleasure to interact with! The quality of the breakfast was phenomenal, I’m still craving the cinnamon dusted cream filled croissants!! The rooms and bedding were so incredibly comfortable! We kept saying to each other that this was literally the most perfect hotel in Madrid - we cannot wait to return!
