Only a few minutes from Gran Via stn. Very reasonable, very new & clean, and surprisingly high-tech - your key is sent to you via Email and you need to press a button on you mobile to open the door. No staff is there, but towels and sheets are always clean, shampoo and soaps are always full. Sufficient electricity outlets and TV with many channels. You will be able to enjoy food & cultures of central Madrid, only within a seveal minutes walk, with the money you saved by staying there.

NADA RECOMENDABLE! No tuvimos agua caliente a las 9 de la mañana para ducharnos. Mala atención además de mal servicio. No volveremos a este alojamiento. Además las habitaciones son todas interiores y pequeñas. Las camas son incómodas. NO COMETÁIS EL MISMO ERROR QUE NOSOTROS DE ALOJARNOS AQUÍ.

Liked · I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The only 'positive' is the location - that's if you like staying on extremely busy and noisy roads. Disliked · Where do I start?! Most importantly, both myself and my friend were covered in bed bug bites after staying here. When I contacted the hotel, they admitted to having a bed bug problem AT THE TIME OF US STAYING THERE (see photo) but refused to give any form of a refund/ compensation. They even accused us of lying and invented an arbitrary rule about having to get in touch with them within 5 days of checking out (despite the fact that bed bug bites don't always appear immediately after being bitten). In addition, our room was small and dark - not what the photos show! Overall, a horrible experience and complete lack of customer service.

Excellent location. Close to everything. service girls very friendly. comfortable room. Bien cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Baño súper limpio. Pequeña terraza con una vista muy bonita!Lo mejor puedes entrar y salir con llave digital desde tu teléfono.

Este verano fue mi segunda visita a este local. Muy buena ubicación cerca del centro de la capital. Cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas de la ciudad Cerca de todo tipo de locales ( restauración farmacia entre otros.....) El personal de la limpieza son muy amables y te ayudan en lo que haga falta No hay recepción ni lugar para dejar las maletas.

La cama no es cómoda y tampoco las almohadas, deberían poner unas mas cómodas. No tienen donde dejar tu equipaje, cosa que no anuncian entonces llegas a no saber que hacer y no hay nadie entonces no te dan la cara u todo es por teléfono. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

La habitación es perfecta, en plena Gran Vía Madrileña. Nosotras elegimos la habitación doble deluxe y nos quedamos gratamente sorprendidas con ella ya que no es un hotel, es un hostal. La habitación está bien equipada con un burro con dos cajones para dejar la ropa, televisión, un escritorio con su silla, secador y lo más importante, aire acondicionado para combatir los 40 grados de Madrid en agosto. Además nos tocó una habitación exterior con una pequeña “galería” por la que entraba muchísima luz. Es un smart hostal por lo que no hay personal físico y todas las gestiones se hacen por el móvil, muy cómodo. Coincidimos un par de veces con las chicas que se encargaban de la limpieza fueron y súper agradables y simpáticas. Como puntos negativos sólo puedo decir que en nuestra habitación (no se si es algo de todas las habitaciones) el pestillo interior no funcionaba por lo que no podíamos cerrar la habitación por dentro pero es verdad que el edificio tiene portero que te pide las llaves virtuales cuando entras de noche, cosa que aporta seguridad. Por otro lado me hubiera gustado que tuviera una pequeña nevera por lo menos para mantener el agua fría en verano pero es entendible que no tenga ya que es un hostal, no un hotel. En caso de volver a Madrid repetiremos seguro!

Lo positivo: es la ubicación cerca de tiendas y de restaurantes y sobretodo el metro de Gran Via esta muy cerca Lo negativo: para hacer el check in se realiza por unos enlaces via molvil y sobretodo que no tiene consigna para dejar las maletas
