Stayed in Madrid for a few days. Front desk is friendly and staffed, rooms are clean. Small kitchenette was nice to have. One-bed room was a little tight with a bed and sofa and table/chairs, but doable. Also had a tiny balcony overlooking the pool. Fantastic location - right in front of a Metro stop and easily walkable to many shops and eateries.

The apartment was very nice and modern. They supplied us with everything we needed for the stay and overall it was a good contactless experience. Just keep note that you need to email them in advance for instructions and you may need to do so a couple times in order to get your message through!

The location was fantastic. Station was in front of the flat. It was clean. Was a very good base for a family of four to explore Madrid
Central location meant it was equidistant to Atocha and Charmartin stations. Taxi rides to and from places were inexpensive. Flat was on second floor facing the street which was ok for us to watch the Mardid life. Was easy to access upon arrival and communication was prompt.

This property is located next to main subway connections and has many conveniences nearby. We enjoyed having the pool, small kitchen and washer.

Very convenient location with plenty of bars, cafes, shops nearby. Metro opposite and an excellent supermarket next door. Small kitchenette was useful. Very poor communication. We didn’t know there was a laundry available until just noticed on re reading the description, Not informed when room would be serviced (Once a week I think) Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was left on (see other comments) but not very effective. Pool was very welcome after being out in the heat. In cooler weather I would recommend.
