Hygiene: Sehr zufrieden, die Reinigung erfolgt jeden Tag sehr pünktlich Umgebung: In der Nähe von Serrano gelegen, können Sie den Stadtbummel in der Innenstadt zu Fuß genießen Service: Herzlicher Service, Sie können jeden Tag ein Lächeln und Grüße erhalten

This is a smart hotel with good transport links to the centre, However it is located in a bland business area with few local shops. The nearest supermarket, for example, is poorly stocked with no wine over €8 and a poor variety of fresh fruit. When we arrived at 3:00 p.m. the room was not ready until 4:00 p.m. The room was very clean and quiet as we had requested .We had asked for a double bed but were given two single beds pushed together. This was later rectified after we complained. There was no information in the room on how we could access Wi-Fi or any of the hotel amenities. There were tea making facilities but only two small pods of milk. Not enough for tea when we arrived and tea in the morning so we had to phone down .The pool was advertised as open but it was not. One good thing, the hotel provided umbrellas which was very welcome.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, they gave us a cute hat as a gift, which was such a nice surprise.

A nice and clean boutique hotel on a quiet street. Walking distance to Salamanca, the higher end shopping/restaurant area. The reception was very efficient at check in. Breakfast was really good - you get a buffet with a decent selection plus you can order eggs/main from the menu.
