Für den Zimmerpreis (ca. 140 Euro oder 7 Nächte) war ich sehr zufrieden. Es ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel und alle Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit und einige sprechen gut Englisch. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber die Treppen sind breit und es gibt nur wenige Stockwerke. Die kostenlose Wifi-Verbindung ist gut und es gibt eine Bar / ein Restaurant, die nicht teuer ist. Die Metro ist einige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und leicht zu finden.

Las dos primeras noches estuvimos bien, pero la tercera, nada más llegar al hotel después de cenar, se abren las puertas del ascensor y apestaba el pasillo a tabaco, entramos en la habitación y lo mismo, nos acostamos y se oye a dos personas en la habitación de al lado hablando altísimo y un pestazo a tabaco en nuestra habitación asqueroso. Llamamos a recepción y comunicamos a la chica que estaba trabajando en ese momento lo que ocurría y que subiera a oler para que se diera cuenta de la peste que había. Solamente llamó desde su lugar de trabajo a la otra habitación, no hizo nada más. Siguió el tufo y más tarde hacia las 4:00 de la madrugaro siguieron las voces y golpes! A la mañana siguiente, se lo comentamos a la persona que estaba en recepción, al hacer el check out, mira en su ordenador y nos dice que no apuntó nada su compañera, y que conocen al hombre que estaba en la habitación y le extrañaba, nos hizo sentir fatal, parecía que nos lo habíamos inventado y no nos pidió disculpas, lamentable. Una pena.

The plus New building, close to the Oporto metro station (500m), room well equiped (specially big smarttv), communication with the staff (via whatsapp), easy to check-in. free parking on the street outside (before 17h there's plenty spaces), good wifi. Bakery very close, perfect for breakfasts. The minus: Ground floor studio should be avoided. Small sized room, the windows give you no privacy even with the shades down (people could sneak between them) and don't cancelate the noise properly. No daily cleaning (6 days stay) unless you pay a 25€/service. Shower leaking, safe not working and iron not in the room even though the empty box was in the closet (it was asked - via whatsapp - and delivered days after). Kitchenware not properly cleaned and lack of some amenities. Never seen anyone on reception desk and the fire alarm went off 2 nights (another guests smoking in the room) and it took a long time until someone shut it down. One of the night the firefighters knocked on my door and asked me some questions about the occurrence. Neighbourhood not that nice (some bars and dirty streets in the morning) and far from the city center.

Es ist sehr empfehlenswert, Sie in Madrid zu bleiben, da der Ort Ihnen die bestmögliche Erfahrung und gute Unterkunft bietet, um zu bleiben. Guter Zugang zum Stadtzentrum und zum öffentlichen Verkehrssystem ist großartig. In der Nähe der Restaurants und der Komfortgeschäfte. Die Gastfreundschaft ist erstaunlich und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren erstaunt, wie gut das Personal uns unterstützt und unsere Anträge auf bessere Erfahrungen betrachtet. Die WiFi-Verbindung war sehr gut und die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet. Die Luftmatratzen ist kein Problem, da wir jeden Abend einen großen Schlaf hatten und dieser Ort ist sehr komfortabel und erschwinglich für Ihr Geld. Danke 🙏

I booked this property mostly due to the access to the pool. Much to my dismay on check-in, I was told that the pool only opened from June 1 - Sept 30. This wasn't stated on the 3rd party site. The mattress was rock hard! For the first time in my life I had to place a pillow under my hips in the middle of my first night as the surface was too painful. Aside from that, the rooms are large, clean and the hotel is well-maintained. The fitness room was also well-appointed. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, mostly residential.
