Cerana Relax Hotel

Excellent hotel, on the slopes, ideal for family skiing holiday. Food was very good, lovely new adults only spa on top floor with amazing views. There is a separate spa for families and a games room for smaller children. Gorgeous wood work throughout, large bar and lounge, and rooms were very modern and well appointed.

excellent in all the aspects. the location the hotel the staff. Every one from the staff did everything to make our stay unforgettable and they succeed. From the parking at -1 to the beautiful unique spa on the 5th floor. The restaurant teem is very friendly and do there best to find for us alternative if we wanted some different dish.

A excellent experience all round, perfect location to the lift and slopes, so close to the slope that it's less than 75m so it's almost ski right to the door! lovely staff throughout, great breakfast options, high standard evening restaurant, lovely comfortable bedroom, great sauna and spa, I will be going back!

It is comfortable, quiet, relaxing with a top notch standard and service. The hotel itself is charming in its alpine style with lot of wood and warm interior design. The bedrooms are nicely decorated, super comfortable and with plenty of space to store your clothes and belongings. The bathroom is large with a great rainfall shower. Some rooms also have bathtubs and some even equipped with your own sauna in the room. To note, the standard double rooms do not have the spectacular views since they are located on the backside facing the forrest. The junior suites come with or without balcony. The Junior Suites Panorama have different arrangements; with a middle wall where you can turn the TV towards sitting area or bed area, or one large comfortable room with sitting area and wall-mounted tv (believe the latter room is slightly larger). We had the chance to see the suites and they are also fantastic. The Superior Relax Suite has a large bathroom with double sinks, bathtub and shower. The Luxury Tower Suites has a sauna. We opted for the half-pension, and boy, we were not disappointed! Every evening is a new a la carte menu with a buffé, antipasti, primi, secondi and dessert. Each sub-dish comes with several choices, and everything is delicious! The chef is giving each dish his love, care and attention. The buffet breakfast is likewise superb with plenty of different choices and a a la carte menu for different hot dishes. I am glad we spent the days skiing otherwise we would have ended up rolling out of the hotel. They have an extensive wine list for all tastes with reasonable prices. The restaurant has an excellent, friendly and attentive staff. All the waiters know their work and execute the service with finesse. The friendliness and professional attention is a key word in this hotel. It is a family atmosphere but yet with a polite and respectful treatment of the guests. Excellent mountain hotel. Very helpful staff. Fine dining. Family business run to the best standards. Recommended for family or couples. BTW great location in Madonna. Super close to Spinale cable and 5 min from the center. Good after ski facilities

This is the second time we have been to this lovely hotel and it was just as special this year as last year. The hotel has an incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere but is also extremely elegant, comfortable and professionally run. The staff are fantastic, friendly, kind and helpful. The food is wonderful and the Cerana family do everything they can to make one's stay as perfect as possible. We really love it and cannot wait to return!
