Unsere Familie aus Hongkong, weil wir an der Absolventenfeier unserer Tochter teilgenommen haben, haben wir uns für neun Tage dieses Hotel entschieden. Nachdem wir eine Nacht im Standard-Gastzimmer wohnten, entdeckte ich, dass das Zimmer sehr klein war, keine Bühne, die Servicetafel umgestellt werden musste, die Dame der Bühne war sehr intim, hat uns ein Zimmer umgestellt, die Fläche ist sehr groß, wirklich sehr dankbar! Das Hotel hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, sehr bequem, das Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich, es gibt keine Änderungen, das hoffentlich das Hotel ändert sich! Das Bad kann mit der Servicetafel genommen werden, der Service ist auch sehr gut!!

Enjoyed my brief stay. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was friendly. The included breakfast had lots of options and was plentiful. Only minor negatives - the fridge stopped working after the first day, but wasn't any emergency (reported when I checked out) and the phone seemed to be only partially functional. Couldn't call the front desk or retrieve messages, but again, not major. When I asked about an airport shuttle, they gave me the number for the Sheraton next door, whom they apparently have an agreement with, and I was sorted.

We had a great stay at the Madison Hampton Inn Downtown over Thanksgiving weekend. We appreciated the spacious lobby for gathering with friends, the free breakfast, and the adjoining Bassett Street Brunch club. The rooms are huge—plenty of room for the family and all our stuff. Conveniently located in the heart of the Madison campus. Our favorite hotel in downtown Madison.

Never been to Madison, was taking the Step 1 Med Exam at a nearby test center location. Wanted a quiet, well kept, safe place to stay the evening prior. This hotel was fine, I spent an extra $25 to step up to the Best Western to guarantee a safe location, quiet guests and a fast efficient breakfast.

Wir bleiben in diesem Madison Microtel sehr oft und Lee auf der Front Desk hat unser Papierwerk für uns bereit und hat sogar die zusätzlichen Kuchen, die wir für uns auf der Front Desk fragen bereit. Danke Lee für das Gefühl, wie spezielle Quests. Und das Zimmer, das er uns gegeben hatte, hatte eine extra weiche Matrix, die uns eine gute Nacht schlafen ließ.

Stayed on a Saturday evening. Was initially impressed with the place. Cleanliness is valued. Check-in took a few minutes even though no one was in line. This establishment, unlike others, does not have check in paperwork printed out in advance. The front desk attendant stated their computer was acting up. Rooms had excellent hot water and a properly functioning A/C. I was super impressed with Dove products bathing condiments. Wow! My exhaust fan in the bathroom of Rm. 301 did not work. I had issues with the pool (see attached photo). The pool had a sudsy foam, which means your pH level are high and calcium levels are low. This can be caused by multiple problems. In your case, the pool needs to be ”shocked.” Secondly, and equally important, an employee needs to be knowledgeable on pools and certified. Also, encourage patrons to shower prior to entering the pool. The suds give the pool uninviting look. The lighting outside is excellent! Last, it's obvious your elevator is old. It worked fine. Not sure if its a regulation in the city of Madison, but hanging the earned certification paper copy with a date of expiration is truth. (annual one) proves your elevator is safe. Overall, I had a fair stay.
