Travelodge by Wyndham Jackson I-40 Exit 82

The area doesnt look the most appealing, but dont let that fool you The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean, the guy that checked me in was also extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend staying here to any of my friends or coworkers. . I'll be back the next time im in the area.

Nice clean room. Quite place. I recommend. Great place for a short stay nice price a nice side of town close to the freeway close to restaurants clean pillows smell good The bathroom was clean covers were clean no bugs. Plenty of space to park.

my room was not in the best shape got a pet friendly room as i had my 12 pound dog with me. the bed had a torn pillow case on it as well as a very dirty mattress after checking under the sheet. vent was coming out of the bathroom ceiling. pet area was full of dog droppings and not mowed and had litter scattered around the grounds a.c. so loud had to turn it off to sleep no kleenex or hair dryer in the room no luggage rack a charge for the pet none of the ammenaties listed on the web site were all included. room not appealing will not stay again. the charge for the pet was also not listed on the website when i booked the room

This is a nice, clean and quiet hotel. I enjoy staying here whenever I'm passing through the area. I will continue to be a customer here in the future. Ownership and management are very kind and attentive to detail. My only recommendation is to put blankets on the bed, under the bed covers and to put a couple trash cans outside.

Staff was rude and they tried to put us in a dirty room. The bed wasn’t even made! After going back and forth they finally gave us another room. This room was a smoking room when we asked for non-smoking. Mind you we were the only guests on the whole place. We were too tired and stayed. Room was okay. Neighborhood is very noisy and if you have a family I would not stay here.

Lovely updated and clean one-story motel. Comfortable beds with 3 pillows; we slept well. Loud cars from the gas station across the street, but otherwise we felt safe. Last - VERY friendly and helpful staff who even called us to confirm our reservation. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is on the mend. The management made a real effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible. It looks as though this place has seen some rough times and possibly mismanagement but now looks like it has (or at least is making an effort to improve it's image. I had to come to Jackson to meet with the owner of the business I work for and meet with potential investors in another startup. Proper sleep and a smooth stay was important. The room was clean and quiet, and the service was prompt. I have no complaints and would stay at this Travelodge again!

We came to Jackson to visit my brother-in-law. He is staying in a half way house there so needless to say we weren't able to just go to his house to hangout so we ask for a late check out upon arriving and owner said no problem. As soon as we parked, there were needle caps I had to step over to exit the vehicle. The room was disgusting. Blood splatter all down the bathroom wall and all over the mattress cover, not to mention the mattress was the color of coffee. I told my kids not to touch anything, just lay between the hopefully washed sheets. Im pretty sure no one got much sleep. My mother-in-law had recently passed while her son was in prison and this was the first time my husband had seen his brother since that so at time to check out we decided to try to stay longer because they just hadn't had enough time so we were gonna try to pay for extra time. The owner said our only option would be to pay for another night and another pet deposit. We really didn't have a choice because we couldn't fit everyone in the vehicle to just go somewhere, so we decided ok. It's just a couple more hours, so we paid $150 more just to be able to hang out until about 6 that evening. We left our dog in the room and took 2 trips to take everyone a couple miles away to the restaurant to eat. After our 2 trips to get everyone back, I noticed someone had come in and took trash, and my purse had been ransacked. There was about $72 and a ring missing. A ring that my mother-in-law that had recently passed gave to me. This was very upsetting. My husband seen the housekeeper outside our door on his first trip dropping people off and when he pulled up she run around the building which he thought was odd.so I go around and find the housekeeper and ask her who went in our room and she tells me she did cause it is her job to get trash and towels. But there were no new trash bags in can nor any new towels. Which we were using to cover things to sit on. But he swears she didn't touch the purse. She goes into office and my husband follows her and the owner let's her show my husband the video of who was coming in and out of our room which she is starting and stopping where she wants with her phone. At first she tries to say that she is in the room beside ours when asked why she is in there so long then States that there were skittles thrown all over the floor and she was picking them up but no one had any skittles. I am assuming she was referring to the bag of mini m&m's that were sitting on the counter unopened. I'm not sure. But the owner left my husband to deal with her and rented a room to a couple for $20 cash off books for sex purposes right in front of my husband. The owner was telling the man not to rent it on the computer. It was very obvious what was going on. Then the owner leaves and never even tried to address the situation, leaving us to only deal with the housekeeper who was clearly not going to admit she was a thief. The rest of our time there, the housekeeper had
