Location is very good, property is average but because of location one must book this. Very nice view. Food was ok.

the property was poorly maintained, far below the standards i expect from a reputable brand like yours.i was expecting superior quality infrastructure, during my stay of less than 24 hours, i encountered the following issues:
i had to use a bucket to flush, which was unacceptable given the price paid.
the partition wall in the bathroom was broken, and screws were visible where the door should have been. (images attached for reference).
the beds were subpar, making it difficult to rest properly.
the windows were badly corroded and dirty, contributing to the overall discomfort. (image attached).
no water supply in the beachside bathrooms.
it is evident that the property is in urgent need of renovation, and it seems to have been neglected for quite some time. for the high premium i paid, i expected the infrastructure to match the standard of luxury and comfort typically associated with the fern. instead, i could have chosen a mid-level hotel nearby at a fraction of the cost, which would have not only saved me money but likely provided a more pleasant stay.

Amazing location and the beach view, i dont have words that can describe, food was very nice, limited options in breakfast but food was really good, staff was cooperative and well managed, and humble. Centre of attraction is sunset with swimming pool amazing to watch. I will sure book this again when ever i visit nearby.

The location is perfect for beach resort, but the lobby area and reception area is not upto the mark. The breakfast was very good evening though it was limited. New more modern touch and cleanliness in the property
