Ruhige Lage, kaum touristisch erschlossenen Ort , aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Supermarkt, cafe, BC Liquor, Geldautomat alles fußläufig erreichbar. Tolles Restaurant im Resort, gehobener Standard

We were a party of four. Everyone enjoyed the location and facilities of the accommodation. Very comfortable stay. The loft was an added advantage. The 2 bedroom villa can easily accommodate 6-8 people.

Stayed in a lovely two bed, two bath villa with a fully equiped kitchen. Beautiful setting with a view of the marina. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Only negative is I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have mobility issues as there are steep steps or pathway down to the pool and restaurant. However, the one evening we went to the restaruant, we were able to book a golf cart to take us there. IGA and liquor store near by.

We stayed here in 2017 and had fond memories of this resort. But seven years had passed and had included a pandemic so we weren't sure if the Painted Boat Resort would still be as impressive as it was. So we came over for a BC Ferries Vacation and this accommodation did not disappoint. It was exactly the same as I remembered. The resort is called a 4 star but I really considered it a 5 star. We were booked to be in a one-bedroom villa but when we checked in we were given the two bedroom Villa. For two people, this was absolute luxury. Two bedrooms, two baths, and two balconies made for a very relaxing stay. The villas all have large windows and they offer spectacular views of the harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. There was a small problem with the blinds in one of the bedrooms and within 10 minutes of calling the front desk, a maintenance staff person was right there and the blind fixed quickly. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained and the village of Madeira Park is a very short walk from the resort.

Had a wonderful weekend at the Painted Boat Resort with my family. It was very easy to get to and the facilities were amazing. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try the spa, but it looked fantastic. The restaurant was great, I recommend to make reservation in advance. I would definitely recommend Painted Boat Resort!!!

This is a great place to escape the city for a few days. The villas are huge, comfortable with great outdoor decks. The spa experience was excellent & the spa garden is a great bonus. The restaurant service & menu is the best in Pender Harbour. The only negative is that the property is in a marina & there isn’t really anywhere to swim in the ocean. I think this would be a problem in the heat of the summer.
