"My experience was pure trash. I took my daughters there to celebrate a birthday on January 24th 2026 as soon as I get there we asked was the pool open and they said it was closed for the night and then they noticed that I had some teenage girls with me they felt like they needed to tell me that there was a noise ordinance and that if my group was too loud that the police will be called I let that slide so then the girls came downstairs later on that evening to buy snacks. They noticed that somebody was in the pool and they asked the lady was the pool open and the lady stated to the girls that the pool was open until 10 PM after they already told us that it was closed for the rest of the day. So I went downstairs to basically ask what was going on because we were told that the pool was closed and the guy basically told me that the pool is open until 10 but by that time it was already 9:30 at night now the guy at the front desk did let them swim till he got off his shift which was 11 PM but they only got an hour worth of swimming in the pool and we have been there since 3:30 PM. Then when my girls came up from being in the pool, they go open up the bathroom door. A piece of molding almost falls on top of my nieces head with the nail part sticking out I go downstairs to let them know. The manager or whoever it was that was on duty he came upstairs, checked it out, took the piece of molding with him and not once did he tell me that I was going to be charged for this piece of molding falling mind you he was also there at check out and didn’t say nothing. Then the next morning, I send the girls downstairs to go get breakfast the lady that was doing the breakfast. She was behind the front desk at first then actually had the audacity to ask one of my girls if she had on clothes up under her robe. Now, why would I let my child or any of her friends come into a public place without any proper clothes on make that make sense my experience was pure trash the manager that we talk to was no help and rude ass hell and I do not recommend this hotel to anybody."

"Parkplatz war einfach mit vielen Orten verfügbar. Wir trafen uns an der Rezeption mit einem sehr freundlichen Vertreter, der uns begrüßte. Wir fanden unser Zimmer leicht und fanden es sehr sauber, ohne die Grube in der Duschestange. Sehr geräumig und liebte das Dekor!"

Und es gab Waa Personal zugewiesen auf das Front Desk; aber wenn das Personal wegzugehen, gab es keinen Weg, sie von Ihrer Anwesenheit zu warnen. Nicht einmal ein einfaches Uhr. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, ich musste nur herausfinden, wie ich ihnen sagen konnte, dass ich abd benötigt Hilfe angekommen."
