Für 250 Dollar pro Nacht bietet das Hotel sehr schlechte Wert für Geld. Die Betten sind klein, die Zimmer brauchen eine frische, es gab Probleme mit der Reinigung. Es scheint, dass es nicht mehr darum geht, den Bedürfnissen der durchschnittlichen Urlaubshersteller und der Betreuer mehr auf Arbeitsverträge zu reagieren. Das war das schlimmste Hotel, das ich in Queensland gehabt habe, das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Toiletten waren leer, Bettwäsche und Tüten und Fingernägel von einem früheren Gast, der auf den Balkon verstreut, als wir angemeldet wurden. Der Generalmanager arbeitet nur bis 2 und niemand im Personal ist befugt, die Service-Erholung zu bieten, so dass wir am nächsten Tag eine Art Rechtsbehelf fordern und endete mit einem 100 Dollar Lebensmittelkredit. Es dauert lange, bis ich 500 Dollar verdiene und dieses Hotel hat das für Gewährung. Vielleicht wäre mir mehr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt worden, wenn ich Teil eines Unternehmensvertrags wäre. Ein tief enttäuschender Aufenthalt und eine Farbe auf der Marke Accor - Pun geplant. Bezahlen Sie nicht Ihr eigenes Geld, um hier zu bleiben. Ein wenig tiefer und es gibt einige erstaunliche und kümmerliche Hotels in der Stadt, die den Bedürfnissen der Urlauber besser gerecht werden.

Was a great area. Room was perfect for what I needed for my family. A little dust and areas behind cabinets that could have been a little cleaner same with plates cups and cutlery. But over all a great place and will stay again when in mackay ☺️

Ich habe vor und letzte Woche für eine dreitägige Geschäftsreise im Coral Cay Resort Motel geblieben. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal war gut, das Restaurant war gut und die Zimmer sind eine gute Größe und Konfiguration mit einem TV für den Schlafbereich und einem TV im Wohnzimmer. Guter Computer-Arbeitsbank und Unterdrückerparkplatz auch. Der Preis war fair für die Zeit des Jahres und Mitte der Woche. Keine Beschwerden und ist meine Nummer eins über Lage in Mackay

Pretty good as its price offered

Large room, with a very comfortable king bed! Bathroom is modern with a country style twist as the vanity is a dark wood but very large/long. If you like a country style decor this hotel will be perfect, as you find the furniture inside is a dark wood, tall buffet with bar fridge, desk, luggage rack and a wardrobe. Completely tiled, and a very hot shower. Lounge chairs are a little old and the place has general wear and tear, but a quality 3 to 3.5 star hotel.

Hoteliery ought to be a simple business: provide a clean, quiet, and comfortable room. These are the metrics on which I judge my stay. Sadly, White Lace failed on all counts. The family room initially seemed an attractive proposition, as few other motels offer a separate room for the children, but upon entering it was clear I had made a mistake. Family rooms front the highway, and the roar of traffic was immediately evident and present all night long. This is in fact a missed opportunity, as the french doors to the balcony are an attractive feature, and all that would be required is some double glazing to reduce the noise to an acceptable level. The room itself was terribly tired and run down, with scratch and scuff marks on most surface. The impression was one of shabbiness, of corners cut, and maintenance forgone. The bedhead and side table, built affixed to the wall, appeared to have originally been constructed to fit a king mattress, but was now furnished with a queen, leaving gaps either side. In any case, the mattress was well past its use by date, offering little in padding but plenty in trampoline bounce. Beds in the second room of similar age and comfort. As a minor note, bedside lamps were supplied with incredibly bright cool-white LED bulbs, an unfortunate scourge afflicting many hotel rooms. Given that they are all about the same price, is it really that difficult to take a moment to consider the intended application and purchase a bulb of appropriate wattage and colour temperature? Overall, we did not come away feeling at all rested, which makes White Lace a poor value proposition. Active intervention from management is missing but clearly needed.

Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber, komfortabel und ruhig! Alles, was Sie wollen, wenn Sie weg von Hause sind. Einchecken und Auschecken waren einfach mit dem wunderschönen Personal. Wir sind häufig Besucher in Mackay und werden glücklich wählen, im Mackay Resort Motel wieder zu bleiben.

Beide junge Damen, die mich in buchen, waren sehr hilfreich und angenehm, das gleiche wie die Dame, die mich auscheckte, war schön, einen glücklichen Grüß und Lächeln zu haben, wenn Sie den ganzen Tag fahren. Ich hatte die Hühnerparmie und ein Getränk aus dem Zimmerservice, es war schön und auch schön und heiß noch. Der einzige negative versuchte, den Park zu finden!!! Vielleicht bin ich alt geworden lol
