i stayed here with my family of 5. it was great. the Family rooms have bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 kids. the location of the hotel is beachfront and the breakfast was decent. I really liked the hotel as the room was built for families.. The only negative i could say is that the room has a weird bathroom configuration, where the shower is in a separate room from the toilet. This helped when the kids needed to take showers as they could do this and not be bothered by someone brushing their teeth, but it took some getting used to... overall i would really recommend this place for larger families as the Family suite is very well designed...

Die Suite, die wir aufhielten, war vor dem Meer!!! Sehr geräumig und komfortabel eine einzigartige Meereslandschaft, etwas Kino. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet!!! Frühstück sehr gut. Gut ausgebildete Beamte ... sind alle von Glückwunsch!!!

O hotel é incrível e o atendimento também! Todos os ambientes do hotel são muito aconchegantes, o quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos, confortáveis e lindos! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, uma delícia! A localização é ótima também, perto dos pontos principais, os funcionários são bastante atenciosos, experiência excelente, com certeza voltarei mais vezes!

Reservation of 3 bedrooms done through a hotel booking site: when travelers of 3rd room arrived, reception could not find the 3rd room and was not very friendly when guests arrived without me (while name of one guest was indicated in the booking). Overall, hotel standards do not meet classification and price; it is decent, but not corresponding to the category and luxury displayed on official pictures (done by a very good photographer and most probably retouched). We booked rooms with seaview and I must admit view was stunning - only issue is that at night there are many powerful public lights in front of the hotel (to allow late beach volley, tennis, walking and caring for safety), while curtains are not wide enough (and in one room, one was even partially torn, while in another room a handle was missing). Bedding was very good and cleaning service as well. Shower is Italian style (which is good), but taps are outdated, water temperature was not always the same, and pipes hardly can swallow shower water. Rooms are confortable, but would also require refreshing decoration. Wardrobe has no door: only option not to expose something is to rent the safe, though it is not very big. Rooftop area is not as beautiful as it looks on official pictures: tinted windows at sea front probably reduce the warmth in the summer, but they definitely reduce the view impact (on top of not being super clean). ”Continental” breakfast is very decent and mostly regional, with quite a large selection of products including bread, sweet (fresh fruits and juices, bread, cereals, jam, regional pastries and yogourts) and salty (croque-monsieur, ham, cheese, mixed eggs, local dishes including sausages and cassava), with some changes from one day to the next. Beware when checking out: they tempt to add some snacks you would have taken from the minibar and request local tax even when you have paid them with your booking. Fortunately, they did not insist when we identified errors.

Der Empfang bereits frostig und ungehobelt welcher den ganzen Tag an der Rezeption irgendwelche Büroarbeiten erledigt und die Gäste eigentlich nur stören. Der Pool auf dem Dach mit Bar ist geschlossen obwohl im internet präsentiert. Der mickrige Pool direkt an der Strasse ist schmutzig und klein und auch nur bis 9 uhr abends geöffnet. Raucher müssen generell auf die Strasse gehen. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, es gibt Schimmelbesatz und Schmutz z.B. auch in der leeren Minibar. Die Bar im Foyer ist ein Self-Service-Bereich mit Kühlschränken und (ich habs zumindest gesehen, ausfüllen musste ich es nicht) einer Kladde wo man seine Konsumation einträgt ;-) Jugendherbergsniveau 1970 zu einem für diesen Standard überzogenen Europäischen Preis für die Übernachtung. Das Frühstück im Dachrestaurant... diese Erfahrung möchte ich den Lesern ersparen, lediglich dazu, das warme Essen wird wohl einmal im Monat zubereitet und dann nach und nach aufgetaut - unsägliche olfaktorische und optische Fehlleistung sodass ich nach 2 Tagen (wir waren insg. 5 Nächte) auf das Frühstück verzichtete. Es gibt immer auch Sonnenseiten, hier allerdings wenig - aber die Tiefgarage hinter dem Haus ist ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal für Maceio und war im Package inklusive. Des Weiteren erhielt man ohne Anstand soviel Strandtücher wie man mag - der Strandbereich neben dem Parmiggiano Restaurant ist einer der besten innerstädtischen in Maceio und dieses sowie das Coconut Restaurant sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich mag ein gut gelegenes Hotel, ein gutes Restaurant, einfaches Frühstück, nur noch ein Kühlschrank in den Zimmern.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel! Sie verstehen, wie sehr Sie mit den Gästen zu tun haben. Der Duft der Handtücher und Korridore, der Frühstück immer neu, die Kunst mit den Handtüchern, die zu Tieren werden. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und aufmerksam. Wenn wir wieder nach Maceyo kommen, wissen wir, wo wir bleiben.
