Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, obwohl die Hardware nicht neu ist, ist es sauber und komfortabel. **⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!** My recent stay at Altira was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, professional staff named Celine who made check-in seamless, same as my check-out process with Stephen. Thank you to both of you. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with Macau view. The pool was top-notch, the male and female staff were friendly and accommodating (26 May, around 7pm-8pm) and I loved the complimentary drinks on the mini bar in our room (2903), free softdrinks and beers. The hotel location is perfect also with easy access to attractions like Old Taipa Village, to Cotai central, Nova mall and transportation. Overall, Altira exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel delivers five-star service and comfort. I can’t wait to return! :)

Exceptional service from all staff I’ve met, at lobby, reception, and pool. The staff at the pool was so considerate and provided a plastic bag for me to put my wet swimsuit. View from the room was great as well, a full 180 degree view of the Macau peninsular. The room was very spacious as well.

Experience was the best. To have many passionate staffs that guided my guest and I, it truly was one of the best hotel stay we have ever stayed in. Truly magical, I will definitely return once again (Tolani Khusbu) to stay for my anniversary with my girlfriend again. Shoutout to the Linda (Front Desk), Winnie (Phone team) and Johnny (Reservations team) for proving an excellent service that made my experience better!  Well done Altira!

3rd time staying at Altira and they never failed to grant my simple request 🥰 Thank you for the mini congratulations cake, complimentary mini bar and fruit platter and room design. 💜 Lift lobby at 38th floor reception area smells great! Will definitely stay again. 🥰

My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking panoramic views of Macau’s skyline and bridges. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful sleep after busy days exploring the city. The room amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, luxury toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurants. The cuisine was exquisite, with a perfect blend of flavors and impeccable presentation. Superb experience in this hotel.   First impression to arrive this hotel is very far and not convenient.  It took us two different shuttle bus to arrive.  Once we checked in with the non- smoking room, the central air-conditioning is not that well filter out the cigarette smell from elsewhere.   The staffs from the hotel are very enthusiastically sort out the way to settle our concerns and leave us a very memorable night of the stay.

We love staying at Altira Hotel the place is nice and clean there are nerby malls and restaurants plus the staff are very friendly and accommodating not to mention their rooms are huge 😊 will definitely be back again for our future trips to Macao.

Wow, what an amazing hotel! From the moment we entered the building, we were treated with friendly and capable service staff. We were celebrating our anniversary, so the hotel prepared some room decorations and wine, as well as an upgraded space. The view was fantastic, the spa and pool relaxing, and the in-room bathtub so luxurious. The only minor issue we had was when we ordered food. There are no robots, so we had to take 2 elevators to the ground floor to collect our takeout food. Every hotel in Shenzhen has robots who bring deliveries to your room. Overall, exceptional experience!
