Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich mein Baby frühzeitig nach Macau gebracht habe, um das chinesische Neujahr zu vermeiden. Es ist sehr praktisch, hier zu übernachten Die Leute haben ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl. Die Lobby ist hell und sauber, und der Raum ist sehr gut, alles wird von elektronischen Geräten gesteuert und es ist sehr praktisch, den kleinen Eisenturm und Little Ben zu benutzen Das Galaxy Hotel bietet einen Panoramablick. Beim Check-in werden Obst und Tee zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt. Die Früchte sind sehr frisch und köstlich. Sie werden jeden Tag aufgefüllt und der Tee hat einen leichten Duft. Da ich ein Baby habe, hat das Hotel kleine gelbe Entenhandtücher und kleine Hausschuhe vorbereitet. Sie sind so süß, dass die Kinder ihre eigenen nicht mitbringen müssen, wenn sie sie sehen und Zeit für das tägliche Frühstück auf dem Tablet. Das Frühstück wurde am nächsten Tag sehr reichhaltig und der Service war in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut Sie würden das nächste Mal wieder hier übernachten.

Die Umgebung und der Service des Hotels sind sehr gut und die Aussicht bei Nacht ist großartig!

This is my birthday trip to Macau with my wife, we struggled to choose which hotel to stay around this area, in the end we decided to stay here and found out it was totally worth it! By stepping in the hotel Mr Patrick directly helped us by taking our luggage and took us to the reception, Ms Carol who helped us check in was super nice and professional, Ms Jacey walked us to our hotel room and did a nice tour, then we met Delfin and Nelson amazing house keeping team! The birthday decoration was surprising and the amenities was really good. Hotel Nuwa will always be my first choice and highly recommend to my friends and families! Special thanks to all the staff! Also the location is super convenient.

Really really spacious hotel room and service was tip top. Really appreciate the hospitality and service that we had throughout our stay. Hotel room is always filled with replenished fruits and small gifts like eye mask or room mist, which makes us more appreciative of the little things. Thank you for the kind service.

The service was awesome especially the staff showed their caring with 100% positive attitude to the guests. We will definitely recommend to stay there again.

My recent stay at Nüwa in Macau was truly unforgettable. The level of service provided by the Nüwa team was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the personalized surprises, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Kurt, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. The beautifully decorated room, complete with birthday decorations and a delicious cake, made the occasion even more special. The stunning view from my window added an extra touch of magic. I highly recommend Nüwa to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Macau.

Great hotel! Beds were soft, they had different options for pillows. Location was great. Great value for money. The staff was super helpful and greeted us by name. Would definitely reccomend the hotel. It was just a pity that the pool and spa was closed. Would go back to the hotel.

非常棒的一家酒店，前台等待辦理入住手續時有飲水和巧克力提供，前台工作人員非常熱情，房間乾淨衞生設施齊全，有應季水果，贈飲小食也比較多，酒店位置也比較好，離官也街一公里距離，餐飲娛樂購物都非常方便，不想步行的話可以讓工作人員幫忙叫車，酒店每一位工作人員都很棒，熱情，專業，房間視野也很好，總之是體驗感很棒的一家酒店，下次來還會選擇入住
