Exceptional stay at Paiza Lofts. We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights for our family of 15, and every one of us truly enjoyed it. The suites were spacious, spotless, and so comfortable—it genuinely felt like home. The staff were outstanding. We were celebrating my dad’s recovery, and Ariel thoughtfully arranged a cake for us, which meant a lot. Iris was also incredibly attentive during our group check-in, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable. A heartfelt, memorable stay—definitely our top choice when we return to Macau.

Indeed a five star hotel. The service was impeccable and it feels like home. The rooms were spacious. And even though the renovations look like they were done long ago, it was very well kept and cozy. When I arrived they even gave welcome treats (macaroons) and every day when I got back there was always something waiting, be it dim sum, fruits or dessert. The living area was spacious, the sofa, bed and bathrobe was super super soft and comfy. The bathtub had jacuzzi and was bright and luxurious. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly!

Stayed at this 5-star gem Paiza Loft and was blown away! Luxurious rooms with all needed especially with a nespresso coffee machine is a plus, impeccable service—staff (anticipated every need). Divine dinner @ La Chine with a la carte gourmet options. A flawless stay that felt like a dream; 100% recommend for a perfect getaway!

The staff were highly professional, spoke excellent English, and were extremely responsive to our needs. Communication was very convenient, with multiple contact channels available, including LINE.
