1. Die Zimmer und Flure sind sauber und hell und für den Aufzug nach oben ist eine Karte erforderlich, was beruhigend ist. 2. Die Zimmerausstattung ist einfach, aber praktisch. Der Fernseher verfügt über normale Kanäle, YouTube- und Netflix-Projektion und andere Optionen. 3. Es gibt einen großen vorderen Bereich vor dem Hotel, der offen und offen wirkt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle Ponte 16, sodass die Transportmöglichkeiten relativ bequem sind.

The room size a bit small but is clean because is new hotel

Very convenient location of the hotel, courteous hotel staff. A clean room, all things look new, but unfortunately very poor sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens on the street, in the hallway and in other rooms. Sometimes the neighboring rooms were noisy very late at night and because of this it was uncomfortable. I stayed at this hotel for a week, and for this price and these conditions, I was satisfied with everything.

It's convenient to transport and to tour around macau, the place are also clean and nice. I would definitely come again.✈️❤️

Location is nice. You can catch free shuttle to sofitel from airport. The room is a bit smaller, but have cool design. It's newly renovated and clean. Staffs are very accommodating.

Very nice hotel, rooms very nice and clean, portuguese style. The service is very nice, they even left me a little present in the room. However, I recommend you to take ear plugs since you can hear other rooms, especially if you have disrespectful neighbors being loud until 3am like I did. Maybe I suggest the hotel to leave some ear plugs in the rooms for guests. I must say the service is very nice, I called reception and they came immediately to help me and ask the other room to be quiet.. twice. Thank you! So bad the disrespectful guests didn't listen! But the rest is great, very well located too. I would repeat!

Nice, friendly staff

Hotels in Macau are very expensive. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place to sleep for an affordable price, Pensão da Família will meet your needs. The location was great and we could walk to all the sightseeing places easily, or take the bus which was only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. It was also only a 16minutes bus ride to the Zhuhai train station. The person who was at the front desk was super kind and helpful and gave us many advice about Macau. Great experience for a simple, clean and well located accommodation.

Would not recommend staying here. Housekeeping was talking loudly and making a lot of noise when clearing other rooms in the morning. Hotel guest were smoking along the corridor and talking loudly past midnight. Very unpleasant stay here. Only good was that the location was convenient and near the Ruins of St Pail.

Good location, many restaurants around and there’s an old temple, noisy all day since from early morning to late night, easily to hear ppl voices from the hallway (specially housekeeper making noices) and from the window

Super clean the room,comfortable and easy location, small but very convenient and again, very clean! The most important, definitely I would stay here again. No breakfast good internet.
