Die Details des Zimmers sind vorhanden, exquisit, geräumig und die Matratze und Stoffe sind sehr bequem. Ersatzteile sind die Eigenmarke von Versace. Die Kaffeemaschine ist italienisch. Das Gartenzimmer hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Der Service unserer Zimmerfrau war rücksichtsvoll und herzlich. Ich fragte ausdrücklich nach ihrem Namen, Li Xiaoyan, und hoffte, dass sie mich das nächste Mal bedienen würde. Die Vielfalt und Qualität des Frühstücks ist ausgezeichnet. Das gesamte Restaurant ist in Versace-Blau gestrichen, was wunderschön ist, und das Geschirr ist auch sehr exquisit (ich konnte nicht anders, als zum New Yaohan nebenan zu gehen, um dieses Geschirr zu kaufen). Der kostenlose Shuttlebus des Hotels bringt Sie bequem zum Hafen und in die Altstadt. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass ich bis fast 15 Uhr warten musste, bis ein Zimmer bezogen werden konnte.

The hotel's lobby and common areas had a warm and inviting ambiance that made for a pleasant arrival experience. The entire hotel, including the guest rooms, is exquisitely luxurious. The decor and amenities throughout are exceptionally high-end and elegant leaving guests completely awestruck. Each room is even equipped with a coffee machine.The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. I felt the size of the Premier Versace Room with 2 queen beds was big enough for the three of us (1 Elderly, 1 Adult, 1 Teenager). After checking in, we rested in the room for half an hour before have dinner. The room service had prepared fruits and desserts for us, which was very thoughtful. The room service was first-class, very considerate and friendly. The hotel staff handles guest requests with great flexibility. The buffet dinner and breakfast were enjoyed at the self-service restaurant “The Grand Buffet” in the Grand Lisboa Hotel. The food selection was extremely abundant, well-presented, and reasonably priced. There was even live seafood cooking, where you could choose your preferred cooking method - a very unique and delicious feature. It is truly the crème de la crème of buffet dining experiences. My stay at Palazzo Versace Macau was an enjoyable experience. The staff's hospitality, the comfortable accommodations, and excellent room services all contributed to a pleasant visit. 1 of the most luxurious & posh hotel we have stayed in. Still very new thus the surrounding area is still not as crowded as compared to other established resorts.
