Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority. Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so.. Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

1. Lage des Hotels: 900 Meter vom weißen Sandstrand entfernt, können Sie 15 Minuten die Autobahn entlang laufen oder durch ein Riff den Strand entlang gehen, ca. 25 Minuten. 2. Hotelumgebung: Haben Sie einen eigenen Strand von mindestens 50 Metern, der sich sehr gut eignet, um den Sonnenuntergang des Meeres zu beobachten und dem Rauschen der Wellen zu lauschen. Leider hat der Strand viel Kies und der Sand ist relativ dick, was nicht zum Baden geeignet ist. Die Wellen während meines Aufenthalts in den letzten Tagen waren relativ groß und zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet. Ich konnte nur im Hotelpool schwimmen 3. Hotelausstattung: Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell, mit Blick auf das Meer, es gibt einen Balkon mit Grünpflanzen und ein Schlafsofa, Sie können sich hinlegen und plaudern und den Meerblick genießen. Nachteile: Die Kissen sind sehr unbequem, meine Freunde und ich schlafen beide mit Nackenschmerzen; das Einzelbett im Doppelzimmer ist ca. 90 cm zu schmal; es gibt keine Zahnpasta und Zahnbürste, bitte an der Rezeption bezahlen; ein Handtuch weniger zum Haare abwischen 4. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Wenn es kostenlos ist, zwei Scheiben Toast + Ei + 1 Tasse Getränk, andere müssen separat bezahlt werden, der Preis ist nicht niedrig 5. Ob das Zimmer für Kinder geeignet ist, sobald ich das Zimmer betrat, habe ich die beiden Einzelbetten entfernt, und es gab ein Schlafsofa, das ausgestreckt war. Am nächsten Tag sah der Kellner, dass wir es nicht brauchten, und wir würden das Sofa ernten, also sollten wir in einer Familie leben, es ist auch in Ordnung? Da ich in White Beach auf Ctrip kein Hotel mit 4 oder mehr Sternen gesehen habe, habe ich dieses gebucht und bin damit grundsätzlich zufrieden.

Es ist für Kinder geeignet, der Pool kann lässig gespielt werden und es gibt ein kleines Kajak, das leicht gezogen werden kann. Das Frühstück ist kostenlos und es gibt viele Arten zur Auswahl. Aber die Menüs sind alle auf Englisch, Sie müssen die englische Schnellübersetzung herunterladen, um sie zu bestellen. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, Sie können es sehen, indem Sie das Video selbst öffnen. Geeignet für Urlaub und Freizeit, nicht für zu beschäftigt. Ein wenig vom weißen Sandstrand entfernt. Aber auf Reisen kann das Hotel den Schlepper rufen lassen.

I have been to Puerto Galera before and accommodation was a real struggle. The quality around White Beach was really poor and they were old and tired. So coming this time I wanted to find something better. Looking at these pics this hotel looked amazing. The hotel is situated around 10 mins drive from White Beach. That is considered close. And there are plenty of Tricycles to take you back to the hotel at any time. I thought this location was great. The view from the hotel was amazing and featured two swimming pools one being a Infinity pool. The infinity pool was quite deep. The rooms were big and comfortable with good air con. There is little to fault the hotel on. I had a room next to the pool and the only issue was there was a light you couldn't turn off and that light attracted half of the islands bugs at night so I couldn't leave my door open. Secondly the hotel is built on the steepest hill you have ever seen. I am not exaggerating when I say that. It is so steep that riding a motorbike it couldn't even make it up the hill lol. The staff will help you with the bags and its prob only a 5 min walk but in the heat it takes a lot out of you. If you are not fit or you were of the older generation I think you would struggle. I rented a motorbike which i would suggest if staying here so its easy to travel about. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to PG.

Schön, zu einem meiner Lieblingshotels in den Philippinen zurückzukehren.Ich liebe die Lage des Blue Crystal; weg von allen Husten und Büsten von Sabang und Puerto Galera. Die freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter arbeiten noch im Resort und haben hart gearbeitet, um meinen Aufenthalt zu einem sehr angenehm zu machen. Ich freue mich auf die Rückkehr in nicht zu weit Zukunft.

Our fave place that is “home away from home”. There staff are sooooo nice, very accommodating, polite, helpful and always smiling. I really love their customer service from their resort to The Sands restaurant. We’ll def go back here!
