Chices, kleines und modernes Hotel an bester Lage. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und überaus freundlich. Das Zimmer ist mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück, welches gemütlich im Erdgeschoss genossen werden kann, ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Tipps: -Ein Parkplatz kann für 24 Euro pro Tag gemietet werden. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Innenhof in der Nähe des Hotels. Detaillierte Infos erhält man bei der Buchung (Parkplatz unbedingt vorreserieren). -Im Hotel liegen Stadtführer auf. Schnapp dir einen und erkunde die Stadt auf eigene Faust:)

Das zentral gelegene Hotel haben uns für unseren Besuch in Maastricht mit unseren Freunden ausgesucht. Alles war ok. Räume und Service waren gut. Insgesamt fanden wir den Zimmerpreis etwas zu teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften.

We were in the charming city of Maastricht for the Andre Rieu concert. The Urban Fitz Roy was the perfect place to stay. Charming as the city, well located and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. The furniture in the room were a bit basic but we really didn`t need more. We would stay there again!

The hotel offers a small, boutique experience in an old mansion that is steps away from the bustle of town but just a short walk from City Hall plaza, shopping, restaurants and the major sites. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It offers a pleasant environment with parking, as well as breakfast and drinks in either an intimate courtyard or patio. Unfortunately, we were in a double room that had sloped ceilings making it difficult to get in and out of one side of the bed without the possibility of hitting your head. The room offered comfortable beds but lacked in size, lighting and outlets for charging.

Central location. Hotel has character. Comfy beds. Nice evening bar. Friendly and helpful blonde girl on reception (sorry didn’t get name). Handy parking if you reserve early enough. Sadly, lots of things didn’t work in the room: air conditioning unit (no air hot or cold); extractor in bathroom (not v nice!); telephone! None were looked into. Not good enough for the money. All of those things will have been out of order for some time I imagine. Wouldn’t go back - too much choice in Maastricht!

Nice boutique hotel in a good location and looked like it had a lovely outside courtyard area in the summer. We had a room on the top floor which was lovely. My only thing was breakfast which i didn't think was value for money.

Excellent hotel with great, friendly, helpful staff. Freshly made, a-la-carte breakfast. Great evening meal, although the menu is 4,5 or 6 courses and doesn't change very often so you are unlikely to keep going back each night because you will get the same meal again. We stayed in a junior suite which overlooked the road but with double glazing plus another single glazed window it was perfectly quiet. They have secure luggage storage and secure parking for an extra charge, but overall we found the price reasonable. The location is hard to beat - a few minutes walk from the town hall and Vrijthof Square so easy to get to lots of other restaurants and the main sights. A bit more wardrobe space and some more flat clothes storage would be useful for longer stays. The safe is quite small compared to some I have come across.

What a gem of a find. We stayed for the Andre Rieu concerts this last week so expected to pay a premium. Good value for money, the staff are absolutely lovely. We didn’t eat but the food that passed us as we had a few drinks, looked pretty good to be fair. The bar is good and the little outside area quite pleasant. Location is fab within a 5 minute walk of the Vrijthof Square, 2 mins for the market square and 10 mins for the river. Car park is very small but we were guaranteed a space which we got, although €21 per night was a little steep perhaps, however it’s secure. The rooms were spacious, well equipped with espresso coffee machine, hairdryers etc. bed really comfy and shower great. I would definitely recommend this hotel…

Seen better days! It's dirty, thick dust in the room. Stained carpet everywhere. Smells dirty. Marks all over the walls. If I could have moved hotel I would have. Shoddy, tired and neglected. Photos are out of date. Truly awful. Bitterly disappointed with this overpriced hovel
