Excellent location with high street and various eating places all around and a Marks and Spencer’s food hall directly below. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and were able to answer any questions I had about area. Room clean and adequate for our needs. More parking would be helpful but you can park along road some 5 to 10 minutes walk away for free. When returning to London I realised I left my iPad in room. Called reception and they very kindly agreed to send it on to me . Received it a couple of days later. Many thanks to the staff and manager

We booked the Glendower for our intimate wedding. Sophie handled the arrangements and was both really organised and mega friendly. She accommodated all my requests and made the day run like clockwork. The team of staff worked so hard to give us the best experience. We wanted for nothing all day and into the evening. It was a thoroughly professional performance from everyone. As for the food, there is a wide range available, from firm favourites to something a little different. Every guest loved what they ate and we all ordered different items. I had a refreshing melon and feta salad to start, followed by a tasty fish dish. My husband had tempura prawns, followed by stroganoff. The drinks were as equally as high quality and I especially loved the Aperol spritz. In the evening it was lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the lighting, planters and music. The best treat though, was to wake up to the sea view and sit watching the world go by in the big bay window. We got a beautiful and spacious room, that felt very luxious. Plus the Lancashire breakfast was to die for. I ordered some bonus fruit and yoghurt too. If all this wasn't enough, it was mega reasonable in price! If you want a piece of English seaside luxury, with staff that can't do enough for you at a good price, this place is for you.

Grundlegende Bettwechsel und Bad sauber, aber alle Oberflächen zu zerstören und Staub usw. ist nicht immer getan. Dies könnte durch Hausaufbewahrung Inspektionen verbessert werden. Ich war so enttäuscht, dass ich nach einer schlechten Erfahrung zurückgekehrt habe, um eine Rückkehr zu 50% Kosten aufgrund von Fragen, die im vergangenen Jahr getroffen wurden, um die gleichen Probleme, die wir wieder zu finden, die wir zu sehen hatten. Meine Kinder verließen Harn und Blut gefärbte Duften und Pilze mit den Decken. Das ist unglaublich. Die Aussicht und Lage sind großartig, aber ohne saubere Zimmer und Betten ist nicht einmal ein kostenloses Aufenthalt wert zu berücksichtigen.

Nichts ist im Hotel im Allgemeinen falsch, aber das Parken ist £18 pro Nacht!!!!! Eine RIP-OFF!! Niemand sagte uns, dass das Parken so viel kostet! Alles, was auf der Trip.com Website gesagt wurde, wurde Parkplätze bezahlt, was Sie nicht erwarten, £18 pro Nacht!!!! Sehr enttäuschend und es hat unsere Reise nach Blackpool vernichtet. Denken Sie nicht, dass wir wieder in dieses Hotel sein werden!!

Failure to get seated for pre ordered breakfast and after being advised to go for breakfast early which we did waiting 20 mins nobody came to greet us or inform us that due to being busy there would be a delay so after this we went else where for breakfast which is not what I wanted nor did I pay for after complaining to the manger basically the manger said this will be the same outcome for the duration of my stay which made me more angry after paying for the breakfast and having to go else where and pay again I told him you better refund me what I've paid for breakfast which he did the room was good and bed was comfortable but for a sit down breakfast in the morning id look at other hotels not this one due to my experience.
