The cleanliness was not satisfactory — I found dirty shoe prints and someone else’s hair in the bathtub. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a room change, but they told me there were no available rooms that night and asked me to handle it myself. The location is average, not very close to the city center. The positive side is that the hotel is very quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the gym is quite good.

It is just next to the Lyon Congress Centre, but a distance from the old town. Not much eatery around the neighbourhood, but the public transport is just a stone throw away from the hotel. Easy to get around with the public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with hot water shower and they send help very soon after our call. The breakfast was good too, but not much changes for the three days I was there.

We arrived at the hotel at 10 pm but they moved us to another hotel without notifying us in advance. It's extremely disappointing on how they treated us without any further assistance. No compensation on the transportation/porter fee to another hotel.Yet, the rooms that we got is with unmatched quality. Don't ever book this Marriott!

Good hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with good shower and bathroom. Gym was ok, but bar seemed closed for much of trip and surrounding area lacked an equivalent once back from the city (which was only 15 mins by bus away so was not a big issue).

Very good morning stay overall, clean room, close to conference centre.

I loved the hotel service and staff, they really go above and beyond. The location is a bit far from the city but there is a bus that takes u to city centre in 15 minutes. The room was spacious and clean, would recommend!

Un séjour agréable. De la réception au départ. Chambre propre et équipée disposant d'une belle vue.

非常不推薦的酒店。 1. 冷。房間內暖風形同虛設。被子比夏天的還薄，穿毛衣睡半夜還是會凍醒。 2. 淋浴間沒有熱水。水温最熱大概在30度。 放水5分鐘甚至沒有水蒸氣。😅 3. 房間內特別重的清潔劑香味。通風散掉一些但存在感仍很強。 4. 電視會突然閃藍屏 5. 周邊沒有便利店，購物不方便。

C’est correct mais le restaurant est une catastrophe Nous y avons mangé 3 fois et ce fut catastrophique avec en point d’orgue un vol au vent servi froid (venant sans doute de boites et ayant transité par des frigos)…. Le plat du jour est souvent des pâtes infâmes Les entrées des salades pauvres ( dans la salade de saumon, il faut bien chercher le saumon…), souvent de la volaille basique… quelle déception pour un hôtel Marriot dans un haut lieu de la gastronomie française….

相當好的萬豪，雖然離火車站有一點遠。但是面朝的城市的河流，背靠着一個自然公園，哇，公園裡面有非常多樣的生態，很多種動物。植物，人也非常的少。如果去了里昂度假，這是一個非常好的選擇

一直認為萬豪作為國際大品牌， 設施和服務是沒有什麼可以挑剔的，但是這次入住去大失所望， 酒店衹提供了入住第一天的兩瓶水，之後要了都不給送，拖鞋這樣的必備品也沒有就不要説牙膏牙刷的，而且退房的時候前台的態度不冷不熱，實在沒有忍住才來寫的評價，太差了，非常不好的一次體驗
