Myself and husband stayed 2 nights, the hotel very clean inside but the outside could do with tidying and painting, location excellent for the new forest and close to everything we wanted to do

What can I say about our stay at the Rhinefield Hotel? Absolutely outstanding. My partner booked an overnight stay in the Walker Suite (Bridal Suite) for my 30th Birthday and we lived like Kings & Queens! On arrival we were greeted by Harry at the door who checked us in and carried our bags to our room, as well as a history tour of the hotel. So friendly & welcoming. The hotel decor is beautiful, the attention to detail is second to none and the staff are so attentive and thoughtful. We were offered complimentary champagne, prosecco & other drinks and snacks which was a lovely touch. I also had a 55 minute full body massage which was definitely needed and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My only criticism is that there was very few chairs in the pool area to use when it was busy. The menu tasting experience at dinner was delicious and we had a very friendly and knowledgeable waiter (Jeremy) who made our evening even better. The morning after we were welcomed with a stunning breakfast delivered to our room by Jeremy. We left our order hung on our door the night before and there was so much choice. We opted for the full English breakfast, pastries & fresh orange juice. Jeremy called our room phone to let us know our breakfast was on its way to us which was great. 10/10 - delicious! What a treat to tuck into our food overlooking the hotel gardens. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Such a special way to celebrate turning 30 and I will most definitely be back. Hallo, der Service des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Die Hotelbediensteten sind immer sehr freundlich und gerne hilfreich, sie sind immer bereit, meine Fragen zu beantworten und nützliche Empfehlungen zu bieten. Darüber hinaus ist das Frühstück des Hotels sehr lecker, viele Arten und gibt es täglich verschiedene Optionen. Der Service des Restaurants ist auch sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr aufmerksam und enthusiastisch. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Preis des Hotels etwas hoch ist, aber angesichts der Lage und der Qualität des Services denke ich, dass dieser Preis immer noch sehr vernünftig ist. Zusammenfassend, ich mag dieses Hotel sehr sehr, wenn ich wieder in diese Stadt reise, werde ich sicher wählen, wieder zu bleiben.

Das Hotel ist für den Preis gut. Tatsächlich ist es sehr sauber und liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Das einzige Problem, das ich mit dem Hotel hatte, war die Art und Weise, wie mit meiner Beschwerde darüber umgegangen wurde, dass die Reinigungskraft mein Essen weggeworfen hatte. Ansonsten war es eine gute Erfahrung. Sie haben alles, was Sie brauchen.

I did prepaid for hotel before check-in and let me check me with no problem. However I found my card is being charged for the room afterwards with no reason. It’s unbelievable. I am now challenging hotel why this happens. Really disappointed as this creates many jobs for me.
