We were the only ones there when we stayed, and the experience was more like an Airbnb as every interaction was over text. Beautiful place, you will need a car, and while there are some snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus quick breakfast items, there is not a full breakfast. You will for sure, make use of the fridge and microwave. All the eateries close EARLY. At one point, when we sat down to a late lunch in town, we realized that by the time we were hungry again, nothing would be open, and just ended up ordering what would be our supper as a to-go order. Spent time watching the gorgeous robins frolicking on the lawn of Tolley House. Yes, there are some flaws here and there, (like the obvious large stain on the chair when we first walked into the room and the super awkward placement of the TV on a very low piece of furniture, while the bed is kinda high, making it annoying to watch TV in bed) but it's well-kept, it's fairly close to town (with a car), has real historical roots and connections to the area, and you will appreciate the drinks, snacks, and microwave.
