Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucerne

Dieses Hotel liegt direkt neben den Bahngleisen, daher habe ich ein Premium-Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht. Tatsächlich war der Seeblick durchschnittlich. Es stehen nur Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung. Beim Einchecken sagte die Rezeption, dass in den Zweibettzimmern nichts zu sehen sei. Die Zimmerreinigung ist sehr schlecht, Wasserflaschen werden nicht aufgefüllt, die Sauberkeit ist schrecklich und das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, hauptsächlich für inländische Touristen. Lobenswert ist, dass ein männlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eine Reiseroute empfohlen hat, was großartig war und das Reiseerlebnis verbessert hat. Vielen Dank🙏

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und des Piers. Es gibt eine Überführung, die man passieren kann, aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Entfernung von der Überführung nicht so gut ist, als würde man direkt vom See aus laufen und die Landschaft genießen. Sie können den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang am See sehen, der sehr schön und friedlich ist. Freundlicher Umgang an der Rezeption, allerdings ist der Duft in der Lobby etwas zu stark

The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost.
