Luxushotels in Seoul

Ich hatte ein luxuriöses Zweibettzimmer (2 Einzelbetten, Badezimmer, Tisch + 2 Sofas). Ich habe den Club Millésime genutzt, der Nachmittagstee, Abendcocktails und Frühstück beinhaltet. Der freie Blick auf den Seokchon-See und Lotte World aus der 32. Etage war wirklich schön. Das Schwimmbad im 16. Stock verfügt ebenfalls über ein Reservierungssystem, daher war es schön, es bequem und in Ruhe nutzen zu können💕💕 Schade, dass ich den mitgebrachten Kuchen nicht essen konnte, weil ich ihn nicht mitbringen konnte Essen außerhalb und brachte es zur Korea-Universität, aber ich wäre sehr zufrieden, wenn die Kirschblüten im März-April blühen!

Das Hotel ist ein schöner, glitzerhafter Charme, aber das gebuchte Demo des Personals steht im Gegensatz zur lebendigen Natur der Koreaner. Obwohl das zusätzliche Zimmer, das ich reservierte, eine Tad kostspielig war, habe ich die Holzröhre und die bedenkliche Geste der kostenlosen Cocktails während des Sonnenunterganges geschätzt. Es ist bequem von einem Mall umgeben und bietet einen angenehmen Spaziergang entlang des Flusses. Außerdem gibt es ein lebendiges Fußgängergebiet

Daneben befindet sich der eigene Duty-Free-Shop der Shilla Group. Ein Hotel auf einem Hügel. Um auszuchecken und zum Flughafenhotel zu gelangen, muss das Hotel ein Auto organisieren, das Sie den Berg hinunter zum Flughafenbusbahnhof bringt. Jemand hat mir empfohlen, vorher einzuchecken, aber jetzt checke ich sehr oberflächlich ein, wie in einem Express-Hotel. . Das Frühstück ist wirklich großartig, jedes Gericht ist köstlich. Aber es waren so viele Leute da, dass es eine Warteschlange für das Abendbuffet gab. Der Blätterteig ist wirklich gut. Leider sind viele Desserts vorgefertigt. Beim Abendbuffet sah ich, wie der Koch die Macarons im Großhandel aus der Fabrik holte ... Es gibt eine heiße Quelle im Freien. Aber es gibt so viele Leute. Apropos Zimmer, sie sind relativ klein und das Doppelbett ist auch klein. Einige von ihnen können den Seoul Tower sehen. Die Zimmer sind nichts Besonderes und haben keine besonderen Merkmale, daher habe ich keine Fotos gemacht. Wenn man auf das Zimmer achtet, dann ist dieses Hotel etwas minderwertig. Die meisten Toiletten in Seouler Hotels sind elektrisch. Die Lage ist nicht so günstig wie im Four Seasons Hotel oder InterContinental, aber näher an Myeongdong. Die Hotelpreise schwanken zu stark, mal 1.600, mal 2.800. Sandwiches aus der Bäckerei kosten jeweils 80 RMB.

Lobby is great the room is great , the bed is comfortable, except for the sofa, my friend sat on the sofa in the room, and she was being bitten by some bugs, not sure if it’s the bed bugs. Her skin was all red with small dots on it. The staff are polite but they are not really helpful, which I expected more for a five star hotel. When you are trying to move your luggage on the car, there are 3 staff outside, all of them are guys, none of them tried to help me the 2 big luggages which was quite inappropriate! But the staff at the front desk is kind and friendly.

Die Hardware des Hotels ist topnotch. Es ist neu mit tollen Einrichtungen. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt war atemberaubend. Die Restaurants, insbesondere das Buffetrestaurant und der Eatanic Garden waren erstaunlich.

Customer services are impeccable. I didn’t get to experience the bars or the restaurants, so not much to tell there. The hotel has great view even if not facing towards the coex mall. Overall the room is comfy. Minus point is that when checking in I had to deposit but after check out after 14 days my refund hasn’t been shown in my statement. I hope the staffs are more aware of the process to be able to assure the clients.

Conrad Seoul befindet sich in der Nähe des Yeouido-Gebiets am Han River und dem IFC Mall. Es war ein luxuriöser Aufenthalt und der Service war im Allgemeinen angenehm, mit überdurchschnittlichen Loungeangeboten. Die größte Enttäuschung war, dass sie Conrad Bären und Ducken nicht ausgeben und sie anstatt im Geschenkshop verkaufen, das sich als ein wenig stinkend ergibt.

Location is more suitable for business travellers who want to work & commute in financial district, otherwise there’s not much to do in this whole area as it’s very hard to find a decent or simple eatery which opens near late night compared to living in Dongdaemun and Gangnam. Our room is located high and we can have a glance of the nearby buildings and overlooked further. They don’t provide full amenities compared to 2 other 5-stars hotels we had stayed in during this trip. So prep yourself with our necessary amenities like earbuds, combs, earplugs, sewing kits if needed in any case.. The hotel room is quite spacious and toilet is equipped with a bathtub which we didn’t get to utilise at all but my child had once because she wanted to play a bath bomb for 10 mins. Other items like ironing board, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, distilled water bottles, beverages and condiments, safe box, fridge were all provided. And I find it quite troubling as there were too many ‘big-country’ tourists either staying in the hotel or those living in Seoul going to the Hyundai Seoul mall to buy luxury goods. And the entire mall is crazily flooded and packed with youngsters on the day of our check-in and the next day. Some came to window-shop while most others came in for food and perhaps after meals, to seek shelter and shield from the cold. You won’t be believed this you can’t even find a place to eat as all fast food eateries, snacks counters and restaurants were fully unavailable. There were basically long queues everywhere you go. Ended up my super famished poor child had to walk a long way with us & venture out in the cold to find any available restaurant to have our dinner. International breakfast is served daily at L5 and the buffet spread is limited compared to the one we stayed & had in Dongdaemun. We had to pay additional 55,000KRW (SGD55) per day for our young child to dine in with us as her breakfast was not included in our accommodation package. I think it’s really too expensive and given that we always came down only at 9.30am and the breakfast stopped at 10am sharp. The food she always had was a small bowl of cereal, 4 small bite-sized hash-browns and a glass of milk only where she had to eat fast within 30mins before they closed for the day. For such price paid, it’s totally not worth it and we can’t avoid paying lesser despite they knew we only had 30 mins left to dine. Overall the concierge service crews’ attitude and professionalism were excellent and Fairmont had the best staffs with great service i encountered during our 3 weeks stay across 3 different 5-stars hotels. I wished I will have another chance to stay here again but the price for each night is SGD450++, which is really expensive.

I've stayed at the JW Marrriot Seoul several times due to the excellent location, amenities in the vicinity ans access to many good food and shopping. The service is always professional though less personal. This time9lround the guy at the reception - Michael, was cheerful and a good eye for detail. He noticed my birthday was on Sunday and wished me happy birthday in advance. Although I was checking out on Saturday, he offered complimentary small bottle of korean sparkling wine and some fruits. That was a nice gesture which he didn't have to. Thank you Michael for making this stay a little special.

Als ich ein Deluxe-Zimmer buchte, sah ich, dass es ein Zustellbett gab. Ich hinterließ eine Nachricht, um eines hinzuzufügen, aber die Rezeption sagte, dass es nicht hinzugefügt werden könne und ein Upgrade erforderlich sei. Aufgrund des langen Fluges und des starken Regens musste ich zunächst ein paar hundert Yuan mehr bezahlen. Obwohl Ctrip das Problem im Nachhinein ordentlich gelöst hat, war mein Eindruck von Four Seasons nicht gut. Glücklicherweise hatte ich die Reservierung nur für einen Tag vorgenommen und beschloss, am nächsten Tag zu Lotte Myeongdong zu wechseln. Wenige Minuten nach der Buchung erhielt ich eine E-Mail mit der Bestätigung des Zustellbetts. Als ich im Hotel ankam, war das Zustellbett bereits hinzugefügt Die Qualität des Zimmers war genauso gut wie im Four Seasons und es war viel größer. Der Preis für die Executive-Etage war auch gut. Günstiger als im Four Seasons, sehr zu empfehlen. Four Seasons traf jedoch einen Schweizer Hotelmanagement-Praktikanten, der Chinesisch sprach. Er war sehr begeistert. Da das Hotel voll war, schickte er uns bei starkem Regen in ein leckeres Restaurant in der Nähe. Auch beim Check-in half er uns begeistert Der Service war immer besser als der der regulären Angestellten. Herzlichkeit.
