Good location near main train station and metro station,at the reception , small sitting area to sit, charge your phone, there is no toilet near the reception for the guests, so before check in you need to use the public toilet near by. We could check in earlier which was really nice. There was also water and tee available.

Fantastic location just opposite the luoyang railway station. The staff are friendly and polite, the room is well-equipped and clean!
