"Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel und insgesamt geblieben, es war eine angenehme und entspannende Erfahrung. Der Fokus des Aufenthaltes war definitiv der Strand sauber, ruhig und schön gepflegt. Es war der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen und genießen die natürliche Umgebung. Das Zimmer selbst war komfortabel und geräumig, mit einem schönen Layout. Ich glaube jedoch, die Reinigung könnte verbessert werden. Einige Bereiche, vor allem die Ecken und die Badezimmerflächen, scheinen während der Reinigung übersehen zu haben. Das war kein großes Problem, aber es hat den Gesamteindruck des Zimmers beeinflusst. Ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit des Hausbetreuungsteams würde wirklich die Qualität des Aufenthalts verbessern. Das Frühstück war ziemlich anständig mit einer Reihe von Optionen. Das Essen war frisch und regelmäßig wiedergefüllt. Es war nicht zu fancy, aber es war mehr als genug, um den Tag gut zu starten. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen freundlich und hilfreich. Die Eincheckung war reibungslos, und wir schätzten ihre freundliche Haltung während unseres Aufenthalts. Das sagte, wir haben nicht viel mit ihnen interagiert, so kann ich nicht zu viel über den Service über die Basis sagen. Was die Einrichtungen betrifft, so war alles in Ordnung von der Klimaanlage bis zum Wasserdruck. Nichts Luxus, aber genügend für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Die gemeinsamen Bereiche waren gut gepflegt, und das Hotel hatte eine entspannende Atmosphäre insgesamt. Mit nur etwas mehr Fokus auf Zimmerreinigung und vielleicht etwas mehr Wärme vom Personal, hat dieser Ort ein großes Potenzial, eine wirklich ausgezeichnete Erfahrung zu bieten. Ich würde es noch empfehlen, vor allem für diejenigen, die auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Strand entkommen. Wäre wieder für den Strand und friedliche Vibe."

"The location is far from town. Almost 2 hour drive. The scenery is great. Beach is clean. Can do bbq at night. Good for family, couple or tesm building group. Igloo are antique and family room spacious. Must stay and experience at least once in our life time. No regret. All staff are friendly especially Mr Raymond and Ms Aina. They replied all message according. Thank your for the good service."

"We are a beach goers , this apartment has direct access to the beach and facing the fantastic seaview. Unfortunately, no beach towel or pool towel provided which is very inconvenient for us. This apartment is for the 6 of us but yet only two rolls of toilet papers are provided and only one toilet for sharing. If you can get Roxy beach resort hotel , I would strongly advise to go for the hotel than renting air b&b via private owned flat."

"We had earlier stayed at Riverview Majestic Hotel from 11th to 13th June. A Fabulous Hotel with Great Breakfast spread for the Rate we paid. Now at Roxy Beach Resort we had Mountain View but it was fine as most if the time we are indulging in activities. The Room was fine and clean. Front office neeeds to check their in room Safe Box, as it was not operating. Next in the morning we went down for Breakfast thinking this Hotel knows what it is doing as i have seen many advertisements on Roxy Hotel almost everywhere 😳 To my shock the Breakfast layout was totally out. There was no table setting at 7.45am. Tables didn't have even Salt n Pepper shakers as it stndard. Although they are serving hard boilded eggs. The morning juice was way watered down ” Orange Juice” The sugar was in a large jar. More like 2 Star Service The Best part ” Cook” tosses the roti canai into the shaving dish, then he tosses the sausages into another shaving dish. That's how F&B handles food. Next lost of Green Bottle flies in the Restaurant From this i know that the Hotel Manager, F& B manager and so called Chef don't check the Restaurant Coffee House. We shouldn't be paying such High Rates for a Resort Hotel Operated in this manner. I believe the Owners have put in alot of effort."
