location and cleanliness so far good but service please improved exspecially front desk/office and ammenities please to change new item because got broken and not function

The hotel room is very small, at first we get a double bed room without windows. The air conditioner was not functioning. When we told the receptionist, she change a double bed room with windows for me. Very disappointed as the air conditioner is functioning but not cold. Luckily we can open the windows to get some natural wind. This is the only downside. The breakfast only has nasi lemak and bread. It is acceptable as the room price is cheap. Anyway, the location of the hotel is really good, walking distance to Jetty, Lumut waterfront, KFC , restaurants and all the snack shops.

The location wise is good. But the aircond was not functioning properly. My shirt was wet and I cannot sleep throughout the night. Other than that, the aircond was noisy too. Hope the management will look into all these

Nice service from. the front desk, also have simple breakfast provided even the price is cheap.
