Susana Balbo Winemaker´s House

Susana Balbo Winemaker's House is the epitome of luxury in Mendoza. The common spaces are stunning, the food is elevated, the staff is super helpful (you can communicate on WhatsApp during your stay, so it's like having your own private concierge), and the seven large guest suites are next-level. We loved using our in-suite sauna and steam shower, and I highly recommend booking an in-room massage. We also had lunch at Susana Balbo's winery nearby one day, and it was a highlight of the trip. Book a tasting and stay for either the multi-course lunch or a gourmet picnic that you can enjoy on the grounds.

There are not enough words to express our wonderful stay at SB Winemaker's. The staff and hospitality made this trip one that we will never forget. We stayed for 2 nights during our honeymoon and were treated to several surprises. The staff make you feel like you are meeting new friends for life. We highly recommend the wellness spa, going on an excursion to the Andes mountains with a local guide, visiting the Chacras Winehouse across the street, and taking a cooking class at the resort. We ended our visit with a tour of SB Winemaker's vineyard and a 4-course lunch. It was phenomenal, like all of our meals during our stay. We hope to return with friends and family!

Amazing hospitality + incredible staff that are attentive to your every need + want during your stay. Modern rooms with all of the newest technology. Small and private property with truly luxurious accommodations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible experience in Mendoza.

My husband and I had the most fabulous stay at this beautiful place. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by Pedro until we were dropped off by Nicolas for our flight back to Buenos Aires, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The room was absolutely perfect (especially the gorgeous bathtub, which you can request to be filled while you are out so that you can enjoy a hot bath before bed). The staff was incredible - even before we arrived my husband was contacted by Jonathan, who set up some activities for us ahead of time. Between Pedro, Barbara, Marcos and Nicolas we were well taken care of whether we wanted to book an activity, get a dinner reservation, book massages (highly recommended), etc. We also enjoyed the 14 course dinner with wine pairing on site which was outstanding! Also learned all about mate and how to make it properly (thank you Myra), which was so fun! I would recommend walking into the town of Chacras de Coria which has some cute boutique shops and cafes. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and unique Hotel!! Outstanding and professional service and delicious food. Interesting and delicate art in and around the hotel. Rooms spacious, modern and luxurious (including private Sauna). Planning to come back soon...
