Beim Ankunftstermin für unseren zwei Nachtaufenthalt waren wir von der riesigen Lobby beeindruckt. Check-in war reibungslos mit angenehmem Service. Wir konnten einen Platz auf der Straße nachdem wir unsere Taschen im Zimmer weggegossen haben, finden. Wir reservierten eine Suite und obwohl es sehr geräumig war, fehlten es einige Luxusartikel, die wir in den besten Zimmern des Hotels gewünscht hatten. Die Suite wurde in drei separate Bereiche aufgeteilt - das Schlafzimmer war luftig mit einem komfortablen Bett, vernünftiges Soundtrack aus der Straße unten, ausreichende Klimaanlage. Es gab keine Tee-/Kaffee-Herstellungseinrichtungen und wir hätten gern Kleider und Slips in entspannen wollen. Der Wohnbereich hatte eine Sofa, aber Sie saßen auf einer leeren Wand, da der zweite TV, wie auf der Website gezeigt, aus unserem Zimmer vermisst. Das Badezimmer hatte zwei Duschen, aber eine Dusche wäre schöner gewesen als ins Bad zu gehen. Jetzt zum Frühstück - das kann nur als Katastrophe beschrieben werden! Es war beschäftigt, als wir ankamen, aber wir fanden einen der letzten zusammengestellten Tische und Saft. Es war dann, dass wir eine Linie von 8 oder 9 Personen in der einzigen Kaffeemaschine laufen sahen. Die anderen beiden waren ausgelaufen und das überarbeitete Personal kämpfen, um alles zu tun. Wir gingen für Getreide, aber wir mussten um Kekse bitten, da sie nicht ausgefüllt waren. Das gleiche gilt für die geschroteten Eier, so dass wir wieder mehr beantragen mussten. Während wir auf sie warten, wurde unser Tisch weggeräuchert, obwohl sie vollen Trinkbecher auf ihm waren. Als die geschroteten Eier herausgeholt wurden, dachten wir, wir würden etwas heißes Essen bekommen, aber wenn wir wieder zu unserem neuen Tisch waren sie kalt! Der nächste Tag war eine leichte Verbesserung, aber noch Trinkmaschinen musste wieder aufgefüllt werden und die Gäste müssen die fehlenden Artikel beantragen. Dieses Hotel hat das Potenzial, so viel besser zu sein.
