Sorry to say that the stay area is very substandard with broken door, toilet, uncleaned floors and rusted toilet handwash. Even there is no shelf or hanger to keep the soap and the towels. There are insects in the room. We are very disappointed that we wasted money. We won’t recommend this booking to anyone. Furniture upholstery is also torn and unclean. 2

I want my refund otherwise i claim the photos u have shared and what was actually present there. U are misguided your customer. Very dirty pillows bedsheet and quilt. The photos u posted is opposite then the actual picture

Location of property is fine but the rooms are really bad. They were smelly, not clean, a lot of cigarette stubs on sofa, washroom was not clean. Basically the property is not maintained and the room images doesn’t match the actual room

Rooms were not properly clean. Bed and sofas were dirty and burned. Washroom geyser and taps not working properly. Staffs were highly supportive. Rooms need to be properly cleaned as insects and baby cockroaches were present.

Rooms were soo avg, walls were spoiled, bathtooms were not mantained, sofa in the rooms had a lot of cigg burn marks, matts inside the room looked very dirty, i faced a lot of prob parking my car. Overall the experience was very average. Not worth for the price i paid

I had booked the room with a particular name but when I reached the staff says tha room is occupied and you have to wait for 2 hours so I waited that was very terrible 😔

Room is no where as neat as shown in the pictures. Very dirty rooms/washroom. We booked 2 rooms from them in the combo offer but they gave rooms on different floors. When we confronted them for this, the manager started abusing. Do not book rooms through them
